Thanks.
]]>I am configuring this plugin on behalf of a client, who has supplied me with the correct Account Number, Username and Password.
Despite the correct credentials, the Suburb Autocomplete still displays “no results found” no matter what I input.
Could you kindly help me in resolving this issue?
Kind regards,
Veronica
What doesn’t work? 2 places:
1. In the backend where you edit the Shipping method for TCG (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping&instance_id=1). I made sure that the Account number, user & password is correct, then under the “Shop Area / Suburb” where you need to type in the suburb to automatically bring up the suburbs… nothing works… I just keep on getting this “No Result Found” error.
2. On the Frontend, on the checkout page, after clicking “CALCULATE SHIPPING”, in the “start typing suburb name” box… nothing works… I just keep on getting this “No Result Found” error.
The result of this is that shipping costs from your plugin cant be applied to the sale of the products which is going to cause issues, so we are forced to switch our online shop down, because of this issue.
]]>Is it possible to get the Google Place API, just to bring back a suburb name when I start to type in a postcode? If so, how can I do this, I am using contact form 7 if that helps.
]]>I have a minor problem where the plugin doesn’t recognise a certain suburb.
Try it out here:
https://workitworkwear.com.au/stockists/
Type in “welshpool” and it says “No results found”.
Most every other suburb name I can think of works: Bentley, Northbridge, South Perth, Churchlands, City Beach. So this must be some rare one-off thing.
Welshpool is a real place:

I know I could search by postcode as a workaround. I’m wondering if the underlying problem can be fixed?
Thank you for your time.

]]>Really hoping someone out there can help with, I’m looking for some plugin or hack suggestions to enable the following…
I’m setting up a site that has a business listing (over 1200 posts) with a custom post type ‘business’ and various custom fields for addresses, contact details etc.
Basically, I’ve got all that set up and working great but I’m now looking for a solution to group various businesses by postcode and area allowing the visitor to search.
Each postcode has about 10-20 related postcodes (region/area) and I want a person searching for one postcode to be shown entries from any business in the related / close areas via the additional postcodes.
I’ve tried assigning a custom field of ‘grouping’ to each business which includes all related postcodes but unfortunately this is an unworkable solution considering the vast amount of businesses I have.
Does anyone have any idea how I could accomplish this?
Thanks so much!
