Supermap bubbles not working anymore (even on demo)

I’m using the supermap add-on, and when I invoke it on a page, The bubbles don’t show up. They start to, then the bubble becomes so short you can’t read anything.

This is also true on the Avalon demo page.

Can’t seem to get this to work in the shortcode. I believe it was working before in this configuration:

[supermap hide_sidebar=’true’ map_height=’350px’ type=’sales,lettings’]

I’ve also tried [supermap hide_sidebar=’true’ map_height=’350px’ type=’all’]

It only shows Sales in either case (Sales is the first of my custom map markers)

Hi, I have inserted the supermap shortcode into the content area of a page i’ve titled ‘supermap’, however nothing appears to be displaying. I am not receiving any console errors and there doesn’t appear to be any output in the source which indicates the map isn’t generating properly, there’s just nothing displaying. I have supermap installed along with wp property and the Madison theme intended for wp-property. There are no

tags in the content area surrounding the shortcode and I’ve attempted swapping themes and de-activating the wp-property & supermap plugins but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.

Supermap grayed out with “For Development Purposes Only”

I’ve been using WP-Property on this website for years. Recently, the supermap on the site is greyed out, and is displaying text that says “For Development Purposes Only”. Anyone else seeing this? The map seems to still work ok, just greyed out with the text over it.

I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but When I go into settings, the Google API keys were gone. Google has changed their API since this site was put up. It used to require an API “server” key, and an API “browser” key. Documentation for WP Property and the associated supermap shows just one API key required now. In my settings section, it still shows two places to enter the API keys. I’ve deleted and reinstalled both the WP-Property, and the Supermap addons, and they are both up to date.
Any ideas?

Property type not displaying on Supermap

Properties from the “commercial” property type are not displaying on the Supermap after import. However, if I go into the editor for each individual property and click “Update,” they will then display on the Supermap. Any ideas what I have done or how this can go back to being automatic on import?

Supermap Not Returning Properties

Hello!

I have just installed WP Supermap but cannot get it to pull properties into my default properties page. I have checked all the documentation and have configured the settings as advised but I cannot seem to make the plugin work.

Google API settings are present, Searchable & Location Matters are checked, Address is set to Automatic Geolocation.

This is the shortcode I am using on my default properties page:

[supermap center_on=’51.381386, -2.359696′ zoom=11 bedrooms=all bathrooms=all per_page=10]

I have deactivated plugins to test and still the plugin is not working.

Please can you help as this is a showstopper for using the whole WP Property suite for me?

Supermap Addon – Deleted API key

I am using the WP Property with the Supermap addon, but having some issues.

The map itself is not outputting, and in the console I am getting an error stating that the API key has been deleted. I have since created a new key and updated the it within the plugin, but it is still pulling in the previous key.

There is no caching on the website, either within WordPress or on the server.

Would appreciate any help on this.

I have several issues with the Supermap.

Is there a way to show ALL properties rather than having to scroll and click “Show More?”

Also, they are not displaying alphabetically and I cannot figure out how to tell it to default to A-Z sorting.

map marker image not updating

hello, I updated wp-property and the supermap plugin and now have issues. First thing I noticed is that when I did these updates, my custom marker settings in the properties page defaulted to the default google marker so I had to go into all of them them and re-select and save them. Then I wanted to change my marker images to different colors so I went to the supermap settings tab and selected new images. Three of them saved but only let me select one image then hit the save button one by one. It would not let me select all four then save all. One however will not save at all no matter what I do. I click the image box, select the new image and when the image select box is closed, the old image is still showing and not the new one. There are so many bugs but this is very frustrating. I have cleared cache of the site and in wp-proprty. What can I do?
