Hello,

I’m currently subscribed to the premium version of your plugin and had a question regarding order detail exports. Is it possible to send an order’s details to suppliers in a custom CSV format, rather than including them within the body of an email or attaching them as a PDF?

If so, I would appreciate any guidance on how to set this up.

I’m in the process of setting up my company’s internal store to feature products from multiple suppliers, with orders being sent directly to each supplier when their products are ordered via email. I found a WordPress plugin called ‘Supplier Order Email,’ which automatically sends an order email to the relevant supplier, but it only supports PDF attachments. I’m wondering if there’s an alternative plugin that allows for creating suppliers and sending order details with a CSV attachment via email?

This plugin is really useful and i have received an email saying that my payment is overdue. I cannot see if there is a FREE/PREMIUM and if the premium allows more functionality.

Products with multiple suppliers

I want to create a store showing each product with a list of one / more suppliers, the price for each supplier, and rather than an ‘Add to Cart’ button there should be a button per supplier that links to the product on the supplier’s webpage. I am going to be storing the product information in custom mysql tables. The products / prices will be regularly updated. I need to include a search screen so that products can be searched for, and the search results should be filterable. I foresee having about 50 000 products.
eg.
Product 1
Product 1 Description
Supplier 1 / Price / Button linking to Supplier 1 page
Supplier 2 / Price / Button linking to Supplier 2 page

Would WooCommerce work for this?
What extensions would I need, if any?
Do I need to insert the products into the WordPress WooCommerce tables via uploads, or can I link directly to the custom mysql tables?
Can I schedule and automate the bulk uploading of new products / updates to existing products and deletion of products?

Hello, just joined and would be grateful for a little help with this problem.

I have started my first Woo site and wondering how I link a product to more than one supplier. Alternatively, do I have product variations one each for a suppler. But then I only want to display one product to the customer not one each for the suppliers. I guess there is a plug in for this but I’m getting a little lost being new.

Purchases from suppliers

Please can you provide steps to capture purchases from suppliers.

I have been unable to find this anywhere.

Capturing it under “Transactions” records it as a sale not a purchase.

Looking at the invoicing, it also looks like it would record sales and not purchases.

I am looking for a plugin or a solution to my problem.
Let me give you an example:
I have product “X” in my WooCommerce store.
This product has three suppliers with whom I work and which differ in price, stock and shipping time.
Is it possible to attach these stocks to my product in the store to automatically obtain prices and stocks from my suppliers?
Is there any sensible solution to this apart from the variants? Maybe there is a plug with which this problem can be easily solved?

Hi everyone,

I am starting my one webshop and I want WooCommerce to show the amount of articles on stock, but I don’t have my own warehous or stock so I want to show the amount of products that my supplier has on stock, they have the value on their website.

Is it possible to make WooCommerce take the information from my suppliers website and show that value on my website as stock?

If someone needs to import products from different suppliers using their xml feed and some categories are common to both suppliers is there any tool to merge/combine xml and decide which group of products goes to a specific category etc ?
I mean a software tool for usual people who are not able to place code.
