Can’t log in to forums

Today I was unable to log in to the support forums with either of two different www.ads-software.com logins I control. I know my password was correct as I have it saved in a password keeper. Even in the case that it was somehow still wrong, I cannot reset my password either. When I attempt to do that I get a message that the user is not allowed to reset the password.

I had to resort to creating a new user id so that I could get support for a problem I’m having with a plug-in. Is there any way to restore my original user ID??

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all doing well. I am having an issue with the positioning of the reCAPTCHA in the Wordfence plugin. I would like to move it to a different position on my website, but I am having trouble doing so.

I have searched for a solution online, but have not been able to find anything that works. I am wondering if anyone in this forum has experience with this issue and could provide some guidance or a solution.

I am not very experienced with CSS, so any code or instructions would be greatly appreciated. If you could also provide details on which file to edit, that would be extremely helpful.

Featured Post Slider not appearing after updates (repost)

Note: I had already posted this question on the www.ads-software.com forum, but they told me to repost it here so the theme developers and support community can help me here.

I’m having trouble with my featured post slider on my website. One minute the slider was there, and now after I updated my plugins, cleared my cache, it’s still not appearing.

No, I’m not using a plugin. This slider is the first thing you see on the website.

Also, I just checked the demo version of the theme on their website, and it looks like the featured post slider’s gone, too. Do you think it’s a new feature from the updated theme?

The documentation for this great, super-flexible theme is very good and extensive, with lots of tips and examples how to adapt things with codes snippets (CSS, php) to help you on your way. In addition, their support forum is full of useful information, and if you ask them a question, the team are the most helpful you can imagine.

Following your advice at the top of this forum, I created an account at the Averta Support Center. I received an email with a link to confirm my email address, but when I clicked that link, I got this error message: “Sorry, the confirmation link you clicked was invalid or expired. If you copied and pasted it, please make sure part of the link was not cut off.”

I requested and received another confirmation email, and got the same result when I clicked the link in that one. (In both cases, I clicked the link as soon as I received the email, so it definitely was not expired.)

Fails to embed Google forms to page

I have a private wordpress site but for whenever I try to paste the embed code from Google Form to a page, it displays fine with the html block in preview but when published, it displays text “loading” and the form is stripped out.

Has anybody else experience similar?

I’ve also tried using the classic block and edit in html, same results.

Appreciate any insights.

I didn’t realize when I posted this support topic several months ago that I was revealing my personal email address, as well as my mother’s. Stupid, I know. Anyway, I prefer to keep my website anonymous but now when I search my name Google search pulls this page, which links to my website. Additionally, I want to remove my and my mother’s email address from the internet.

Is there any way to delete this from the support forums section so that my personal information is no longer searchable?
