Hi,

Today, I installed the plugin and am still exploring its features.

I would like to send an email to all subscribers each time a page is published or updated. My first question is whether there’s a way to handle an unlimited number of published pages. Secondly, is there an option to send emails to all subscribers automatically without having to manually enter each email address?

Using the Mailpoet 3 plugins for more than 1000 subscribers.

I am going to use my own server to send emails with the mailpoet 3 plugin, but to more than 1000 subscribers.

Suscribers not receiving confirmation email

Hi everyone,

I am using mail poet, but it is my first time. Suscribers don’t receive my confirmation email and it is not in Spam. I am using the email from my particular domain and when the suscribers insert their email they don’t receive any confirmation.

Would appreciate any help you could offer. I’m using the laste version of Mail Poet, Firfox browser and a MacBook Pro 10.11.6.

Multiple profiles with multiple lists and campaigns

Hi:

I would like to have different WordPress profiles that have access to mailpoet (i know i can use members plugin for that) and each of them should have access just to their own lists of suscribers and they own bulletins. Maybe an Administrator profile could access to all lists.

Any idea how i can accomplish that feature?

probleman toolbar with woocommerce

Hello, good afternoon, I have a problem with Woocomerce when I activate it, the toolbar for subscribers disappears, I am currently using the “ASTRA” theme, it works for administrators and editors but for the subscriber user it removes the toolbar . already disable and enable all puglins and the problem is with woocomerce.

I tried using other themes and I also looked at the wordpress configuration and the problem is the same, what is the problem? thank you

Suscribers Alert does not work

Hi there,

I set the plugin up, and everything looks fine, admin email is working too when someone is suscribed to a product.

The issue is the most important thing, when my product is available again, the alert is not working and the client does not get any notification.

I’ve set https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ this plugin as well and it’s been configured properly (I’ve done tests) to ensure that emails are working, but suscribers doesn’t get any alert anyway.

Any help?

Some subscribers do not receive my newsletters

Numerous subscribers have told me that they do not receive my newsletters. When I check their email addresses, which are correct, it does appear to me as received. They are people who are waiting for the information, so they update their emails daily. I also receive some mails back (delivery failured) from people who have not received the newsletter (access denied, for example) and nevertheless in the plugin appears as read. Why is this happenning?

We are using MailPoet and last Friday we sent our first newsletter, but it has not been received by some of our subscribers. The 60% of our subscribers haven’t received it, we have checked it with some of them and they haven’t received it even as spam

"Permission to manage others bookings" error message

I think I have set all the suscriber’s permissions correctly (selection below), but i am seeing the following message when logged in as a suscriber and creating an event: “You do not have permission to manage others bookings”.

That said, despite the error message the event is actually created.
