remove "burger" icon above menu on full-width site

After the last update of the theme, suddenly the small “burger” icon is appearing above the main menu on full-width site (firefox, chrome, explorer…) when it shouldn’t (see attached screenshot here: www.hbodlak.com/work/top.JPG ). How can I remove it?

Changing place of Heading on individual post pages

Hello again,
I am now having another issue: Thanks to your previous help regarding the featured image size I have been able to reduce the maximum height of the banner images that appear at the top of the individual post pages.
HOWEVER, I would prefer the Headline/post title to remain inside the white box (as it does when there is no Featured Image set) instead of it moving above over the banner image…

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Featured image size in posts

I would like to find a way to have the featured image that appears at the top of the Post content to always be the same size.

I would like it to be full width but the height to be always cropped to 100px for example (so it isn’t as large as it seems to be by default). Where in the CSS can I edit this?

Hello, I’ve been editing a www.ads-software.com blog lately, the theme is Swell Lite, and for some reason it automatically bolds and changes to the font of the first paragraph of each post I make. I know how to change the sizes of the font, but I can’t seem to find a way to unbold it from the text editor. What’s going on?
