Thinking it might be plugin conflictions etc, I decided to redo the website from scratch and monitor what plugins etc I put in..
The site is currently barebones with basically woocomerce and Gelato installed and I’m getting the same issue.
Please disregard the look of the site and the amount of products. In trying to fix this issue I started the site with barebones installed to try and work out what the issue is.
Basically when I synch products to the store and have 10+ variations, if i’m lucky 7 will turn up on the store front. Mostly it seems the “A”sizes don’t come across properly. But it’s random, I can have 7 products, then 9 but not the entire lot.
I striped back the site to problem solved, and at first I thought I was thinking it was a synch issue. I’m at a loss as to what it can be except the fact that the plugin is getting old, which is a pity as I love Gelato…

]]>I just switched from one website host to another and everything worked quite well and easily. Unfortunately, the Calendar Synch via ics-URL doesn’t work anymore with airbnb (only synch partner). The generated URL by the calendar seems not to be valid (checked with icalendar.org validator) and therefore airbnb cannot import from the websites calendar. Vice versa is still working. I even reset the link for the calendar in the app, but it is not generating valid links anymore. Would be great, if you could help me with this.

]]>I tried moving a published post (one that was scheduled) to draft mode and then republishing it, but no go. Also, on those posts, the check boxes for FB and Twitter under the publicize “Edit” link are greyed out so I can’t select them.
I read another post on another forum that suggested the issue might be that my site data is out of synch with your servers, but I can’t find any way to resynch it.
What can I do to fix this? My client is getting ancy…
]]>My website is a job board. We have 2 main user roles: Candidate and Employer. Whenever I add a user manually in WordPress (a thing we do in sales calls for Employers) the synch to ActiveCampaign for user_role does not work. It falls back on the default user_role, which is candidate.
I checked the logs and although I created an Employer user account it says user_role=candidate.
Any help would be very nice!
Thanks in advance!

that can be fixed or maybe I missing something on setup?
]]>I use the plugin since 2017, and I believe something strange happened along the way. I’ve persistently tried reaching support directly with Facebook but they couldn’t help me even a little bit. I have around 100 single products in my Woocommerce store by now. However, my Facebook Catalog (the one that updates Instagram and Facebook shop feeds) contains more than 1.7k products.
I sell unique items. To give a bit more of context: unique vintage clothing. When they are sold, they get deleted/hidden from the Woo products catalog, and done. For a considerable time, the Instagram and Facebook feeds were getting proper updates: when products were out of stock, it showed “out of stock” right away in the tagged Instagram posts, as an example. But if the user clicked to see the whole Instagram Shop, he would see many and many products that were available two or three years before today! And they are long gone by now of course.
I tried everything and nothing solved the issue. I’m exchanging messages with Facebook support for months, and now I have to deal with a different person for every exchanged message.
Today I decided to reconnect the whole thing, maybe that would finally solve it. So I pressed “uninstall” on the Facebook for Woocommerce tab to reset the settings of the Pixel, Catalog and Ads Account and connect them to the shop account again.
Ok, new connection from the Woocomerce V2 Extension to my Facebook Account. Then I set a new catalog, but it didn’t work out really well. I could only synch it using a manual feed file, and the images were missing. I tried to work it around a bit more, but I just ended up deleting this new catalog.
Now I’m still stuck with the 1.7k products catalog. And now the new products are not even being synched properly. I just wish I could synchronize all my items fluidly from WooCommerce to Facebook without any incongruences.
I don’t know if there are any relevant details missing, but it feels that I just wrote too much. Please leave a reply and I’ll try to get all the information you might need.
Will I ever be able to properly synch this 100-product feed and boost up the Instagram/Facebook shopping experience to my userbase? I’m just not believing in how hard this is turning to be by now.
Thanks in advance,
Vini
The addition of the “Dry Run” checkbox tells me the author is a cautious and sensible person.
Note: given the complexity of the task, re-synching may not complete 100% the first attempt if you have many images. Thankfully, just run it again. It won’t re-synch assets that have already been synched.
