downloaded yesterday and my store has been syncing for 24 hours and not complete and not seeing much data besides products and stock count. how long does this take? also I see it has also only grabbed the last 3 days worth of orders. my store has 500k + orders….also is there no private support system?

Help required with syncing across a main site and subdomain

It seems this plugin has been abandoned. If there is anyone who can help, here is my question.

I did some research and it seems at least one person used this plugin with their main and subdomain site. I created a test main site (eg mainsite.com) and a test subdomain (eg subdomain.mainsite.com), then installed this plugin on both sites. I added the URLs of each site to the other’s plugin Remote Site settings, saved, then in the “Remote Sites” tab in the settings, I ticked the box “Roles” and “Create” of the corresponding column, ie in the main site settings, I set the settings in the “Outgoing Actions” column and stated the role I wanted to export, and set the same settings in the “Incoming Actions” column . My intention is that:

Only user roles I specify will get synced from the mainsite to the subdomain, including existing users. So the specified user role will get exported from the main site and the subdomain will import it.
When a new user signs up to the role I specified on the main site, I expect that user to be synced to the subdomain. If a new user signs up on the main site but to a different user role, they will NOT get synced.

The issues are:

According to the information on the plugin page, it said that synchronisation can occur automatically. But, the only syncing I have discovered is manual exporting and importing of users which is pointless since there are other methods that allow user import and export. So, the question is, how do I get the syncing to happen automatically?
When I exported a test sample of users of a given role from the main site and checked the option “Export users with their roles”,a file was created and downloaded to my local computer which I then had to upload to the subdomain site manually. After I imported the users, the user roles were not exported and they gained the default user role on the subdomain instead. I thought the whole point of ticking “Export users with their roles” was so that their role is exported too and this new role is created on the subdomain site. Also, their extended profile infomation and log in password were not exported, so the user has to reset their password via a forgotten pasword link. This means effectively the only thing that has happened is a new user with the exact same username and email address was created after importing – something entirely pointless since it is no different to the users creating a new account on the subdomain manually. The whole point for me trying this plugin was that I was hoping that syncing it would allow users of a certain role already registered on the main site to be automatically registered on the subdomain.

WooCommerce and POS issue

Hello All

I really do hope I can get some help here. I have a client with a brick and mortar shop and an online shop, he needed a POS system (point of sale) that would work with WooCommerce. We eventually went for a relatively new product Connect POS. They do seem to have a good track record though.
Everything works except for one thing, it synchronises all the products but does not synchronise the customer records. I spoke to their support team who indicated there is something not right in WooCommerce here is the code they sent me:

Woo commerce and square sync issues – no longer working

New products being added to WooCommerce are not syncing to square anymore.
All threads and workarounds I have read have not resolved the issue.
The business location in woo commerce no longer displays any address to select from under WooCommerce > settings > square tab > business location
Sync setting is set to WooCommerce. This has not been changed.
The Woocommerce > Settings > Update > SyncNow button is also disabled preventing manual sync.
On the latest version of the Square plugin.



There have been no changes to the website, only updating woocommerce and the plugins. This is impacting my business, please assist.

Sale Prices not Syncing

Dear team,
unfortunately the discounted prices to not sync to Facebook.
Last year it was working, as every time a product went into special offer sale, it would pop up on the Facebook feed and show the new price.
Now it is not posted to the feed anymore and also does not show the special price in the catalog.
How can this be fixed?

Some users have wrong Tags, even if I sync them

Hi, I am using WP Fusion to sync my Tags of the CRM Autonami (from Woofunnels).
It happens sometimes, that the Tags are synced wrong.
I can add or remove any tag on that specific person on Autonami and if I hit the Re-Sync button on the site, where WP Fusion is installed, it reloads every time a bunch of tags (every time the same), no matter what Tags this contact has in the CRM (Autonami).
I have already made a full resync of tags and user id (by email), but nothing changed.
Has anyone this issue as well, and any ideas what I can do?

Hallo zusammen,
ich nutze die Germanized-Verknüpfung zu Sevdesk, damit Rechnungen direkt hinterlegt werden.

Wenn in Sevdesk jedoch eine Rechnung als Bezahlt markiert wird, so erfolgt trotz Synchronisation der Rechnung keine Rückmeldung an Woocommerce/Germanized, so dass eine Bestellung als bezahlt markiert wird.
Wie kann ich es erm?glichen, dass eine bei Sevdesk als bezahlt markierte Rechnung auch in Woocommerce/Germanized als bezahlt markiert wird? Trotz Klick auf “synchronisieren” kommt die Info nicht an.

Dixit Infomaniak il faut attendre la mise à jour de wordpress 5.8.2 ?
