]]>We are facing a few problems with the Tatvic Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics Plugin for WooCommerce on the Avast-AVG website (https://avastavg.in/).
When we activate the plugin, Google Analytics shows two page views for a single user, and Google Tag Assistance shows the following issues:
1) Multiple installations of Global site tag (gtag.js) detected
Screenshots:

2) Google Analytics: Same web property ID is tracked twice.

So, can you please help us to resolve the issue we are facing with this plugin?
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

]]>– The header menus do not work
– The mini cart stops working
– The buttons to select the amount to add to the cart are moved from place
– The product carousels stop working
Generally the problems are of javascript and ajax functionalities that stop working.
Sometimes it gives those problems, and sometimes after updating the screen or browsing others it works normally.
The problem happens on the category pages and on the product pages where the EE code is added.
I tend to believe that a Jquery conflict that, depending on which script loads first, creates a conflict with the rest or not.
The plugin is activated in the page I have attached and to recreate the problem, it usually works to delete the cookies and re-enter as a new user.
The plugin is updated, as is the theme.
If there is a solution, even if it’s modifying php files in the theme or plugin (especially the plugin), it would be helpful.
I appreciate the help with this problem, as it may be happening to many more people without them being fully aware.
Greetings!
]]>is there a way to block google analytics (via enhanced e commerce for woocommerce plugin) with the borlabs cookie notice? I’m using the free version.
Apparently it’s not possible to just block the analytics cookies. As far as I understand, the borlabs script blocker must be used. BUT: I can’t find the right script.I followed the Borlabs instruction for their script blocker and also contacted their support but it didn’t help. Anyone as experienced the same and found a solution to make the plugin GDPR compliant?
Best Nico
p.s. currently the enhanced e-commcer plugin is disabled. Otherwise you would see that the ga cookies are loading without user consent.
I run version Version 2.0.2 of Enhanced E-commerce for Woocommerce store (by Tatvic). After upgrading our payments plugin WooCommerce Stripe Gateway to Version 4.1.4, there is a conflict between the plugins.
You will see payment Card Number, Expiry Date and Card Code (CVC) fields get disabled on payments page anytime I enable their plugin. You can see this on my dev site (see link).
Grateful if you are able to take a look and share your thoughts on best way forward.
I have reported this to them as well, will let know here when I get a reply.
Thank you!!
PS. Loving the v4 of this plugin, especially the 3D secure feature!!
]]>We have implemented google analytics code via GTM and checked ‘Add Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking Code’ in your plugin. But eCommerce data were not being reported.
Then we tested removing GTM, and enabled ‘ Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code ‘ feature in your plugin. Then it works.
Does this suggest we can not use GTM, if we use your plugin?
Thanks in advance.
