while trying to use the PDF export function I do receive 2x TCPDF ERRORs:
TCPDF ERROR: SVG file not found: ...
(but the file path is correct)
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image:...
Any ideas?

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: … the hiring organization image …
Based on some googling…We have changed the setting (open_basedir = none) and (allow_url_include = On) in the php.ini file but still the issue is not resolved.
Thanks for the help!

I’ve been having this problem for a while. I have Booster 4.1.0, Woocommerce 3.5.2, WordPress 5.0, and the most recent version of my theme from 8theme, Legenda. Still getting the error message above.
Furthermore, I was instructed to contact [email protected], which I did (request 3750). Rokas & I had a couple of exchanges but I have no update & no solution since 14 December, despite repeated follow-up emails.
I need to be able to at least SEE the invoices! Please advise what I need to do. Thanks.

Dass es mit WP DSGVO-Tools zusammenh?ngt, hab ich hier gelesen:
https://forum.maennchen1.de/viewtopic.php?t=9033&p=54558
Below is an example.

“shortcodes-ultimate” code used:

error is the first image in the shortcode:

]]>I like your plug-in, but have a problem I just can’t solve. To be honest, I think the problem is with me not the plug-in as such, since every one I’ve tried that uses the TCPDF engine gives the same trouble. But (as a beginning WordPress-user) I would love your help if you have an easy fix. Problem is that PDFs generate just fine, unless there is an image in the post. Then, the following happens:
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: https://70.33.246.50/~north816/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/map-1024×784.jpeg
(The images URL does always load in a normal browser. Because the site is being developed, the link will not work live yet, we’ve protected the directory. Could this be a problem causing images not to load?)
I’ve googled and googled and have seen various users had related problems, but no solution yet for me. Any thoughts?
Huge thanks,
Seb
