How to install a landing page template into WordPress site in Dreamhost

Hello,

I am a newbie to WordPress but I am pressed by a deadline to create a landing page on a fully hosted site on Dreamhost.

I downloaded this landing page template: https://themeforest.net/item/landlr-the-allinone-landing-page-wordpress/6952895

I extracted the download but found no installation instructions. I am completely lost here, not knowing what to do.

Can anyone help me through this? I have only less than 24 hours to finish it by the deadline. Thank you SOOO much in advance!

I purchased a theme from ThemeForest. Each time I try to install the downloaded ZIP file, it processes for about two minutes, then switches to a screen that says, “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” Then it takes me back to the installation screen. What am I doing wrong??

I had a blog at https://www.houstoneditor.com and recently installed a new template. Immediately all of my content was erased. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem so my blog can be restored (even if it’s in the old format)?

I am using hostgator for hosting my website and use /blog directory for installation. After installing wordpress through Fantastico all went good and I got the default wordpress blog. But when I uploaded the theme through wordpress it says (It is not there what you are trying to find), even after activating it.

I am doing correct installation and it is showing the name of theme as well but I am not able to see it on my domain.

My friend purchased it few days back and I got it from my friend.

Please help, I am totally confused because I am not missing any step of installation.
