I have a JS problem, I have this error in Photonic when it is enabled with Visual Composer and Templatera plugins.

Bug: Conflict with Polylang 2.3.1 + Templatera 1.1.12

FYI there is a conflict with the latest version of Polylang, preventing the selection of templates in the Templatera visual composer module. When adding the Templatera module to a page, there is supposed to be a dropdown of templates to choose from, but the dropdown does not work. I have tested and confirmed Polylang is the plugin causing this conflict/issue to happen. When I deactivate Polylang, the dropdown comes back for me to select.

Console Errors & Plugin Conflicts

Hello –

This past week I have found multiple errors coming from this plugin that is causing severe conflicts with other plugins. I extensively ran through multiple tests and have narrowed it down to the issue being this plugin and it’s conflict with Visual Composer.

The errors are coming from: wp-seo-post-scraper-460.min.js

This is on a brand new clean install with just the following plugins:

Visual Composer 5.1.1
Templatera 1.1.2
Yoast 4.6

Can you please look into this as it is effecting a few projects of ours. If there is no resolution then we have no other choice but to starting looking at alternatives.

Plugin Conflict & Word Count

Hello –

We are extensively utilizing the Templatera plugin for Visual Composer and noticed today that any page or post that has a template loaded into it, Yoast is counting everything within the template against the Word Count in the analysis box:

If I remove the template from the page, then it shows the correct Word Count:

This is affecting the Keyword Density Scores on each page because it is showing a % based on Word Count and not giving a correct score. Has this been mentioned previously and is there a fix for this that I am unaware of?

Incompatibility with Templatera

Thanks for the handy plugin – it really helps with development!
However I found out that if I install Templatera content element (made by WPBakery) it is not displayed among Visual Composer elements. As soon as I disable Hide Content Element plugin Templatera begins to show in VC elements list.
Could you please fix this incompatibility?

CCS not playing nicely with Templatera elements in VC

Your Custom Content Shortcode (CCS) works perfectly in a Template created with Visual Composer (VC).
However, when using a Template containing CCS as Templatera Element the shortcode output is their but it looses all formatting.
The VC folks don’t seem to know why. Using or not using ‘[raw][/raw]’ doesn’t influence the output.
Can you help?

I have visual composer, and was using the featured templates. I just added the templatera plugin. I kept the one custom template that I had created, but did not bring over the 60+ featured templates that was with visual composer. I then deactivated templatera, and saved all of the featured templates as one of my custom templates. When I activated the templatera again, it still only had the one custom template. I even deleted the templatera plugin and installed and activated it again, but still only one template. My question is, how do I get the 60+ featured templates into the templatera plugin templates list.

Templetera for Visual Composer – To bulk import CSV

I currently have Visual Composer to build my pages and have a template I am happy with to create portfolio pages for music albums.

My problem is I need to bulk import all the information I have for the albums into my site. I can structure the information to use something like CSV Import, but can not import the information to Visual Composer’s fields.

There is an add-on – Templatera, for managing, importing/exporting templates, to XML. I am wondering if I can use the addon to provide an XML file that will offer me control over the content of each album portfolio (custom post) so I can bulk upload my information.

Does anyone here have experience of using templatera that can tell me if that might be possible or provide an example of the xml output.

I am using the Spectra theme.

Hi,

i moved my site from localhost to remote server,
and i found that some of my links stayed with localhost prefix.
it seems that duplicator doesn’t know how to handle templates made with TEMPLATERA (from Visual Composer).
so i find and replace the links.
but maybe you should investigate it for future versions.
