Is there a way to format the text. I tried to start a new line to help accent items like the phone number. Does this or premium allow for formatting?

Text colours don’t save

Text colours in Mailpoet E-Mails don’t save anymore. Preview works fine with the first draft, but as soon as I schedule the E-Mail and then preview again all new text has reverted to black. Only the unchanged template text remains in our correct default colours (and can’t be saved in a changed colour either, they revert to our default colours as soon as I preview or schedule). The issue seems to have occurred since the last update, a week ago everything still worked fine. Please help!

Align texts

Hi, I’m new to this plugin. Install the free version using the free WordPress web templates. I don’t know how to align the text to the left. Also, the check marks are not currently on the same line as the responses. It should be on the same line. See the link to the page I need help with. After answering this first question of the quiz, an overview summary page has appeared and this page looks very nice. I like to create all the pages of this quiz the same way as this overview page. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any advice.

Preserve text formatting

I use a form to generate text for a report. I’d like for my users to be able to copy the generated text, paste it into the content block, choose the email list the report should go to (aka the category), then publish the post. I find that none of the formatting is retained in the email message. What can I do about this? Thanks.

Been trying to add html content in “text” mode, and it keeps pulling closing tag from one spot to another. Takes 5-10 post updates to get it right.

WYSIWYG editor errors

When using the WYSIWYG editor in visual mode the paragraph formatting is not working. For example if I type or paste in the visual editor the following:

This is my first paragraph

This is my second paragraph.

When the accordion opens it displays as follows:
This is my first paragraph. This is my second paragraph.

Any paragraph formatting is gone.

However if I switch to the text editor and I enter html code for example:

This is my first paragraph

This is my second paragraph.

It works fine.

Product description text format all products

Hello!

I am having an issue with my product description text:

Some products have been uploaded with the text format set as “heading 3”, and some set as “paragraph”, meaning there is a discrepancy between different products’ text appearance.

Is there a fast way to apply a change to all products (204 different ones) so that all product description text is “paragraph”?

Table Header Alignment and Text Format Errors in Firefox

Hello Tobias,

Issue as described in the topic, and only seems to occur in Firefox. You will notice first 3 columns do not align with the header, and the “Blast Burn” text is cut off under the ‘Cin 18-05-19’ column.

I have turned off ‘horizontal scrolling’ as suggested here:

I have a similar page that works here, but with out the ‘fixedcolumns_left’:

Missung bulleted list after import

Hi,

I’ve a problem with bulleted list not showing after importing posts from this xml feed: https://recrutement.maestria-r.com/_wsc/rrh_default.xml

I can see that the bulleted list is showing correctly in other sites which are importing the same xml feed. But in my site, posts created with WP all Import are missing both the bulleted list as well as text style (the “strong” mark up for instances).
Do you have an idea about what could be happening?
