How can I achieve that?
The problem is that they are long texts (110 characters), and in mobile version the phrase do not appear entirely in the box.
How can I edit the CSS so that the text area is on multiple lines?
I also am having a problem formatting a few words of text in a paragraph. I want to make the certain terms bold and it only seems to work if the words are at the beginning of a paragraph and not even always then.
I am working on my desktop with Local so it is not really feasible to post a link to the website. I was going to upload a screenshot to show the problem, but that doesn’t seem to work.
I am using 6.2 and the Twenty Twenty Three theme. I have to say that I find the WordPress full site editing interface annoying and confusing to the point where I can even remember what is working and what is not.
Anyone know how to fix this?
(using elementor PRO)
With kind regards,
Alex
Over the years I collected a lot of css scripts that I acquired either from the forum or from Roman.
I tried applying each one at a time to try to correct the issues I am now experiencing.
I will first list the troubleshooting for which I need help and then I will show the CSS that I have in the Additional CSS.
Troubleshooting needs:
1) I want to get the navbar further up.
2) Menu text color:
The following CSS is not changing the text color
/////////////////////////////////////////////
/////////////////////////////////////////////
/* Menu background color before hover */
#mainnav{
background-color: #040500;
}
///////////////////////////////////////////////
//////////////////////////////////////////////
/* Menu text color before hover */
#mainnav ul.menu > li > a{
color: #effa45 ;
}
/* Menu text color during hover */
#mainnav ul.menu > li > a:hover{
color: #ff0000;
}
I went through the customizer to find if
I can change the text color and background
color with no success.
3) <I AM TEMPORARILY USED THE MARGINS in ELEMENTOR
FOR THE HEADER SECTION TO CREATE SPACE BETWEEN IT AND
THE MENU>
In mobile mode, the screen is a little to
wide. There appears to be a little overflow.
Part of the telephone number runs to the
next line.
I am using Elementor.
I used an Inner Section inside of a section for
the “Joshua Davis Video Resume Extension.”
Here is the code I used in the text box:
<p style=”font-size: 50px;”>Joshua Davis Video Resume Extension

<p style=”font-size: 30px;”>201-396-2569, [email protected]

======> Here is the entire CSS that is in the “Additional CSS”<=====
/*Hide page title*/
.page.hentry .title-post {
display: none;
}

.site-header,

4) I want to get the logo further to the left
in desktop and tablet mode.
I hope you can help me resolve this problem.
Thank you,

Or add visual editor instead.
Plugin looks awesome
Thank you
God bless you
The previous manager of a WP website I’m refurbishing populated a lot of text with ctr+C ctr+V instead of ctr+shift+V resulting in great deal of span tag formatting. I can not find any information about clearing text formatting using the gutenberg editor. (the old editor had a button for clearing formatting)
I am using the Genesis Block Theme in WP 5.8.2.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is the #1 reason why I find Gutenberg to be a very difficult environment for actually writing text. For layout, it’s great. But it’s extremely intrusive if I’m just trying to write or edit multiple paragraphs.
It’s also a bit annoying because, for text blocks at least, almost all of these formatting options are also available as shortcut keys.
Is there any way to prevent this formatting bar from appearing? Or could it be made to appear to the left of the block, without obscuring part of the previous block?
