phpBB3 has an extension which adds oodles of bbCodes to its editor menu. One of these is the glow bbCode, which is essentially a text shadow which the user can color. I’d think its format would be:

[glow color=”#99000]text[/glow]

How could I modify style.css in a child theme for Tempera so that the text shadow on the site title and site description in the header doesn’t appear on mobile devices? Looks fine on a computer, but the text shadow makes it hard to read on a mobile device.

I added the text shadow myself, but every time BP cover updates their plugin, my edits get removed… so I suggest and request that you make this a default feature – it makes lighter covers look so much better! (The titles are much easier to read)

I’m also hoping I can solve the spacing issue on my own, if I can I’ll post the css edit in this thread.

Hi – I’m not very techno-oriented. I want to change the dark grey background colour of the sticky post in Magazine Basic – and I also want to remove the text shadow. I want a white background, and no text shadow. How do I do this? (My site is: nataliegtherapy.com) If you type that in, you’ll see what I mean. When the “recent posts” section is clicked, the page looks clean. That’s how I want the sticky post to look (but I don’t mind a border)
