This is not a support request, just a suggestion for future plugin development: add AI support to automatically research and update event dates in the calendar. That would be a fantastic feature. I have 400 events on my website and currently I have to keep track of them and manually update them 2-3 times a year, which is very time-consuming. I ran some tests with OpenAI, for example asking for 2025 dates for a dozen events, and the results were accurate. I think The Event Calendar and its users would benefit greatly from this kind of upgrade in the future, with a cron job running X times a week/month to check for date changes online and update accordingly. This would be a game-changer. Thanks for your consideration!
]]>I had update my website to the latest version of WordPress and this messagge appear:
Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the the-events-calendar domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /web/htdocs/www.collprimvasc.org/home/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
Next I updated the plugin but the messagge remains visible not only in the backend but also in the frontend of the website, to every user of the website. So, in order to solve temporarily this problem I put my site into maintenance mode. The messagge is still visibile so I deactivated the plugin and the message disappear. The plugin is necessary for my website and it couldn’t work without it.
How could I fix the problem?
Thank you very much
]]>I’ve been using The Event Calendar for a short time but lately, it continually imports the same file over and over again..
I keep getting an error email from WordPress : “Your website has a technical issue” (my translation from french). Looking at the email, it states :
"Uncaught ValueError: Path cannot be empty in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Importer/File_Reader.php:22".
When I installed The Event Calendar, I exported events from Modern Event Calendar to csv and imported in The Event Calendar and once done I removed 2 of the 3 files (Venues and Organiser were removed but Events, I forgot to).
Looking a the importer history, I see that the Events file is imported almost every day even though it is a one time import.
I also see this warning in WordPress “fatal errors” log since september 17th.
It does not seem critical as everything works but WordPress says it is..
Thanks for your help.
Hallo liebe Forum Freunde,
Maria
]]>There’s any option to change this. For example, if I set “Event items” on 25, show 25 early events and other 25 next events from today?
]]>Today is 15.1. 2024 and here is 10 april.
But in action list or action detail is ok.
Here is Date Setting of WordPress
And here date of plugin Event calendar
Can you help me with this case? Web have free version of plugin. He’s been enough for now, so we’re figuring out whether this will solve the PRO versions.
]]>I would love some help trying to get this resolved. I tried searching so many forum topics and I haven’t been able to find much help.

]]>But there’s a weird bug going on, visiting a newly created event redirects you to the homepage, I tried to create multiple new events to test it out but they still redirect you to the homepage.
Then I noticed that these new events always have their “end” time on “October 3, 2023” even though you set the month and date to a different month.
