I would like to add the “the_content” function to my homepage so I can further edit with Elementor. I have been looking through all support forums to no avail.
If I’m not able to actually edit the homepage with elementor, what are the ways I can further add more to my homepages that isn’t already provided?

I have read some tips on the web (searching forums here didn’t find this issue) that suggest there is a coding problem, but instructions for fixing it were not clear to me, as I am only familiar with editing websites, not creating them from scratch.
]]>Seems like a petty problem, but it is breaking my site and giving me the_content-function errors on Elementor.
As far as I understand, WordPress pages are stored in the database, not as html files I can access through my file manager. So, I cannot remove a directory and move everything one level closer to root. How would I remove these extra slugs through the database?
Thanks in advance =)
PS: Also tried to ask Polylang about it, but no answer yet. So, I am going to try to remove them myself. Here is the link to that topic.
Thanks =)
]]>I am a new user using WordPress. I recently changed my theme to Aneeq and when I try to edit any of my pages i get a blank white page that loads continuously without ending. This happens to all my pages and initially i was getting the you must call “the_content” function error message. If i change my theme to another one, everything works fine.

How do I find ‘the_content()’ Function In Theme File (index, single, search, page, tag, archive, …)?
