After the migration, when I visit my new site (vps.ebcmindset.com), it loads the default WordPress theme instead of the theme that was actively in use before the migration. I have checked the WordPress admin panel, and the correct theme is not activated, but rather the default theme is being used. It seems that the migration process has somehow set the default theme as the active one, despite the fact that it was not in use on the original site.
Here are the steps I’ve taken so far:
Issue:
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

]]>We’re working on choosing a new theme. My plan is to use either the Block Builder so that or Catch FSE theme so that I can make it exactly what we want rather than trying to shoehorn our site into a pre-made theme.
Neither of these allow for live preview, obviously, but I am hesitant to activate them before they’ve been built since I don’t want to disrupt our website as it currently is. We’ll also need our board to approve it before publication.
This leads me to the actual question: if I activate a new theme, does it automatically change my live website to that theme and I just hope for the best? Or does my website stay with its currently theme and layout until I hit publish? Or, do I have to build a “test website” with the new theme and then, when I have it how I want it, transfer it over to my live site?
]]>I purchased Foodie Pro by Feast, but cannot get my themes to activate on my site. I have installed the genesis framework, and it says active but my site is still ugly. Even when I view live preview it does not show the correct theme.
I then have tried the free wordpress themes, and they will properly show me the live preview, but once i activate them they do nothing to change the appearance of my site.

What is the reason and how to fix this? How to fix this in my own theme?
Best regards
]]>I am new to multisites and apologize if this is too much of a newbie question buy I am having a hard time figuring this out.
I have subdomains setup on my multisite network so:
site1.domain.com
site2.domain.com
site3.domain.com etc…
From the network admin menu I uploaded a theme and created a child theme. I “Network enabled” the child theme.
I thought this was supposed to make it available on all sites, that is not the case.
So how do I get the modified child theme to be not only available but also the active theme for all sites. I would think I could just update the child via the network admin and that would display it properly on all subdomains, right?
Needing some direction in order to set this up properly.
Thank you very much
