How do I change the background on the menu of my mobile theme.

My theme colour is dark blue and I’d hate to have to change it.

The mobile theme has a dark grey almost black background so dark blue doesn’t show up.

Is it possible to change the background to a lighter colour?

Or can I change the type there without changing the main theme colour.

Firstly, am I correct that there is not one single setting or command that will change the theme’s standard green/blue colour to a custom one?

If that is the case, I have managed (by searching the existing threads and looking up some guides to css) to change most of the links to the colour I want (#8a211a). However there are a few that I can’t work out and would really appreciate some help with the css needed to change the following:
1. The site title / name changes to blue/green on hover. How do I change the hover colour to match the non-hover.
2. The three small horizontal lines for the menu and the cross once the menu is enabled.
3. The “post comment” button.
4. The hover colour in the comments section, when you hover over the reader’s name if they have linked to a website.

Many thanks, and if anyone can help with any of these it would be much appreciated. It would be really helpful if all of this type of css was gathered in a pinned post!

Hi,

Is there a way to change the colour of the theme, I have looked everywhere and there is only backround colour.

I found the red colour its using as default and did a search and replace through the datase with the colour I want (blue) but it didnt work (although it replaced 4 instances of the number – whoops).

Any help would be appreiciated

I’ve just updated my theme (Convac Lite) and the main page is now orange. I want to reset it to the green colour you can see on the home bar at the bottom, can anyone help with the CSS I need? Or is there an easy way I’m missing?!

Changing the default colour

I am working on the Vantage theme and everything is working well but i’d like to change the default black background on the navigation link bar (home, about us etc) and also the highlight colour.

I cannot however find the file which will let me do this.

Does anyone know where i can find the exact .css file that i need, i have looked at bar amongst other things but it does not seem to change the colour.

Also is there a way i can change the size of the website. The slider image is quite large and i was wondering if i could reduce it in size?

I haven’t launched the website and i am working locally so i cannot give a link to the website

Changing the header text colour and background colours

I am currently using the PersonalTrainer theme for my fitness business and am struggling to change the colour of the header text. I’m in process of re-branding and have designed a new logo, which I’ve added to the website. The main colour of the theme, however, is green and clashes with the logo’s scheme. I’m not sure why, but I cannot change the text colour in the header no matter how many times I’ve tried and I don’t read code very well. Grateful for any help at all!
