Regression Test Using Selenium

hi all

I found an issue when creating a regression test using selenium. Previously I created a selenium script for WordPress 6.2, with the same script I used for WordPress 6.5, specifically when creating a page when I wanted to fill in the title with the help of xpath as a selector, for some reason selenium could not find the element for the title and the script failed to execute.

Is this because there is a difference in the rendering method between WordPress 6.2 and 6.5?

Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know why this could happen? I have tried changing the xpath, adding sleep time, but it still doesn’t work

Theme Issue: Uncaught ReferenceError After Updating

We get this error (and a blank homepage) after updating both the Mesmerize theme and WordPress: “Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined at HTMLDocument. (theme.bundle.min.js?ver=1.1.3.1516937832:1:82653)“. Specifically on the the homepage as it uses the Mesmerize theme. How do we fix this?

Theme Customize not working

For some reason when I click the “Customize” button for the Blocksy it drops to an error page with the following error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/seakingb/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 1885
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

All was working fine then all of sudden it’s not. I’ve tried removing the them and reinstalling it but it keeps doing it.

No other them does this, so until I find a fix I’m going to need to find a fix.

Just my header showing up in Explorer

Can someone help tell me why just my header is showing up in Explorer? The web site shows up well in all of the other browsers.

Error with Huemans themes

These are the errors I am getting since updating the theme in August. I’ve tried re-installing it and changing to the ‘Being-hueman’ theme. Here is what comes up on my dashboard:

Post display not working right on browsers (but right in Customise)

I’m tearing my hair out with my blog’s posts not appearing right in browsers, yet it appears fine in the Customise when am looking at the post while logged in. All the posts are squishing up the bottom. I’ve tried asking the developer but they just said I’m trying to do too much (despite the fact I only have as many widgets are on their demo page before I bought the theme).
Any idea what code I might need to change? It seems particularly worse on all posts on Safari browser, but my latest blog post is also doing it on Chrome on Windows.

New Theme Error after uploading

Hi,

After I uploaded the new theme, I got the following message:
Connection Timed Out.

and when I tried a few times I got this:
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Can you help?!

debug errors re control_ops, functions.php in customized theme

I set wp_debug to “true” to see errors on my site www.rentmothernature.com. My error list refers to 4 problems:
1)”undefined variable: control ops in directory path …/wp-content/themes/rentmothernature/functions.php on line 35″. I have 7 of those for front end of site (lines 35, 60, 88, 115, 139 162 & 185 -2 of which -line 162 & 185- also appear in back-end dashboard (/admin).
2)”get_theme_data is deprecated since version 3.4! Use wp-get theme() instead. In …wp-includes/functions.php on line 3391″.
3)”wp-register_script was called incorrectly. Do not register the jquery script in administration area. To target the frontend theme, use the wp_enqueue_scripts hook…/functions.php on line 3560
