On our company website we don’t have any upcoming events but we are maintaining a large archive of previous ones (about 26 events so far). Whether on the default view (list w/ filter bar) or list or month view, the list of passed events only ever shows the three most recent ones. Under Settings > General > Number of events to show per page I’ve got it set to 12. If I set it to 1 or 2 then I will see 1 or 2 past events, but setting it to any higher numbers still only ever shows the 3 most recent. Interestingly, if you use the Filter Bar and search for a date that has a known past event (anything as far back as Mar 31, 2020) you will begin seeing previous events in search results only. I believe I’m misunderstanding “Latest Past Events”, and why it will only ever show a maximum of 3 past events on the default views.

my client today purchased paid theme with name jannah and sent to me file VIA email and i have installed that successfully that theme on wordpress as well. but that theme not working fine like developer showed at preview link :/ [ redundant link removed ]

i try to found at youtube or google even contact with jannah support that support is off for few days :/

so from which place i get this help ?

Hi,

I’m seriously looking for an angel to guide me on this theme. My website is https://startupproficiency.com and It’s already online but it’s not responding the way it has looks.

I have following issues with the theme:

1: Sometimes it shows larger images or sometimes very small. Right
Top Slider going into the Footer area. I’m really confused now as
it’s unable to respond perfectly the way it should and it looks.
2: It doesn’t work with the top browser like Mozilla, Safari, Chroma,
and Internet Explorer. How to adjust the setting to work with all
the browser.
3: How to add more space to “Latest Post” area. It doesn’t even can
carry 75words. It should be appearing at least 75 to 100words.
4: How to add “snippet” on all pages from Optimezly or Mixpanel?
5: How to add advertisment and what script? I’m sorry for asking. I’m
totally new to this and I have big plans to go on. Please help me on
with some ready templete or script to try.
6: Could you please guide me a plugin that automatically publishes the
posts to atleast Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Tumblr, Google +,
and wordpress.com. I know it’s out of box question but please
guide if possible.

This is really a amazing theme and wish to carry on for a mega project.

Facebook Theme changing

I was playing with changing the Facebook Theme setting and changed it from Plugin Built-in to one of the themes on my system. This started displaying the header which was not what I wanted so I tried to change it back to the Built-in.

It would change back. I’d set it hit save and when it came back it had switched back to the native theme. Tried it many times.I finally had to go and delete the setting ftp_theme in the database directly.

That got it back were it belonged.

Tried changing it to another theme and the same occurred. Once it changes away from the Built-in you can’t go back without hacking the database.

Layout choice not working

I am using a StudioPress theme called Modern Portfolio.
I’ve run into a problem with choosing the page layout I want for my blog versus the other pages on the site.

I’ve set in the Genesis theme the layout to be without the sidebars.

And then on the blog page I’ve selected sidebar to the right only in the layout choice on that page.

However, no matter what I do, I can’t seem to get the sidebar showing on that page only and not any other pages.

Can anyone help me please?

Canonical Settings

I am using Elegant Theme’s (ET) Polished theme as well as the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast (Joost). I want the WP SEO plugin to take priority.

Which ET canonical option should I select? Enable, or disable?

WP>Appearance>Polished Theme Options>epanel>SEO>Index page> Enable canonical URLs

Said differently…
If I enable this within the theme’s settings, will the plugin’s settings work?
Does this have to be enabled in ET in order for canonical to operate?
