Display product and page categories in grid

Hi,

I foolishly overwrote my theme’s functions.php file and had no backup. It seems I have restored most of everything back to how it originally was (I am not the original creator of the page so have no access to the themeblvd files), but I am missing one last thing. If you go to any of my woocommerce product category pages (under industrias menu), it should show a grid of subcategories with image and title. Right now it is only showing one

What I imagine is happening is I had found a way to make categories show up as post grids and now they wont. The same is happening with the Recursos menu, where it used to be a grid of the titles of pages, and now nothing is showing up. I think I am missing the original theme’s grid layout configuration or something

Overwrote functions.php from Theme

Hi,

I was making changes to my main functions.php file and accidently uploaded it to the theme rather than to the main folder. So I overwrote the one I had for my theme, for which I do not have a backup and which has been modified considerably from the original theme file.

Is there any other way I could find it? I cannot find it in the trash of my fta access. I can still see a cached version of the page which looks fine. Is there any way to do it from that?

The page is www.rilab.cl. I have put some code from the original theme now so it at least shows up but many functions are no longer working.

PHP notice undefined index square_

I have a right sidebar widget displaying posts and events. I’ve been seeing this php notice popping up recently.

Undefined index: square_ in /var/www/vhosts/kcsjcatholic.org/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/alyeska/framework/includes/parts.php on line 593

I know that these are notices and not errors but other website visitors see this as well. How do I make it either not display or fix the core issue?

Latest update caused some issues. Known feature?

Today I updated to version 1.10 and lost several items on my blog…

Portfolio overview pages (page with a post list template to show all portfolio items of a particular portfolio and its descendants) no longer show portfolio items.
It seems that “Post List and Post Grid page templates can accept “portfolio” and “portfolio_tag” custom fields to filter posts.” is no longer working, and existing values are gone.
I fixed it by using a custom query (post_type=portfolio_item&portfolio=portfolio_slug).

Post Sliders also no longer show portfolio items. Here too, portfolios are no longer accepted for filtering. Here too I fixed it with a custom query.

I’m using the Akita 2.1.5 theme on WP 4.01.

Is this an error in the update or a conscious choice…?

[Theme: Alyeska] Change predefined menu color.

I have installed WordPress and a Themeblvd theme called Alyeska but whenever I try to import the sample data I get a common firefox error “The connection was reset”.
And in the customize menu I have an option to change the color of the menu but the colors are predefined and I would like to use a new color(it’s not a picker). How can I change the colors?

Hi, I’m starting a blog and got most of it ready.

I have one problem though: If I take the url of the website, and put it in the status box on Facebook, the preview picture is a picture that I had on the website (but deleted) and the description is “lorem impsum….”.

I know I can change the description by clicking on it, but I want to know how to change it so that it displays what I want by default.
I also want to know how can I change the default picture that shows there.

I’m using the akita theme.

I’ve looked around the theme’s settings to try and find wherever it said anything like ‘lorem ipsum’ and changed it to see if it afects the preview description on FB but it didn’t work.

Please help me. If you have any ideas that might fix this, let me know, it’s worth trying!
