]]>We have started developing a couple of small but helpful WordPress plugins about a month ago. However when someone creates a question in the forums about our plugins we do not receive emails. I managed to see that there are thread for one of the plugins since I visited the product support manually but the other one has been missed by us since we did not receive any email reminder about it.
Is it a problem on our side or www.ads-software.com is just not sending email when new threads about plugins are created in the forums?
Thank you.
]]>Are there any known conflicts with other plugins? After doing some recent updates, we’re having some issues where comments won’t nest properly, and I can’t locate the source of the problem.
In short, if you hit “reply” to another comment, it adds it as a new comment. There is a workaround, but it’s clunky. You have to right click on the reply button and copy/paste the URL into the address field. That seems to be the only way to get the comments to thread properly.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
]]>Ok, I installed this plugin, seems to be 100% rating btw.
A mean I don’t want to deactivated the plugin just to test how malicious and etc threads it looks like attacking the site? But how do I know is working or not for protection? It’s a big chance to take!
Any hints? Thanks

Also, when I receive an email that someone has responded to my thread, I click on the included link. If I happen not to be logged in, WordPress allows me to login but after that it takes me to a generic page – not to the response in which I’m interested. I wish it would default to the thread.
