I’ve been scrolling through all existing topics concerning this issue. I tried everything from resizing the image until inserting the custom codes for the header section. Nothing works.

After deactivating the YOAST plugin, it suddendly worked fine and the thumbnail was displayed on Whatsapp. But since I think your plugin has several benefits I would like to find a way having this issue solved while the YOAST plugin is active.

Thumbnail not showing in post grid

I’m using post grids to pull in category posts, plus the thumbnail image. I have included these features in the layout editor:
– Thumbnail with link
– Post title with link
– Except read more
– share button

They all appear to be populating as expected but the thumbnail is NOT showing. I have each post set with a “featured” image. This did not work. Then updated each post and included a link via the “post grid” options, to the thumbnail in the wp media library. This did not work.

I added WPP on this page, too, but the thumbnails are not showing. The other post pages show them correctly. Any idea?

Thumbnail not shown in RSS and when shared on FB

Hi,
I dont know what to do anymore, have been searching a lot but nothing works.
Since May, I have been facing issue with no thumbnail shown in some RSS feeds (https://www.blogerky.cz/blogy/vareni/1001-voyages-gourmands) and when shared to FB (only frame with a blog url shows, not even the meta description! and I use Yoast SEO where I fill the meta desc., add an image for FB etc.).
My blog is bilingual (default = CZ, other = EN). in the EN version, the thumbnail shows either FB or other RSS. I am using WPML and it never caused such issues.
Any idea what might cause it? I have tried some plugins to fix the FB thumb but no success. or once it appeared, once not.
I went to debug page of FB and this is what I receive as a result:

“Inferred Property
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Missing Required Property
The og:type property is required, but not present.
Inferred Property
The ‘og:url’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Share App ID Missing
The ‘fb:app_id’ property should be explicitly provided, Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog.”

If anybody could help me with that, I would be soooo happy… please

Hi, we installed the nrelate plugin for popular posts on bizzvenue.com, it worked great, until a post titled “THE POWER OF THE EARLY START” started rises in popularity. For some reason, the plugin is displaying all the images expect for this one. I tried deleting the image from the article and uploading again and re indexing the site didn’t help either.

If you visit the home page https://www.bizzvenue.com, you will see what I mean.

What could I do to solve this issue?

[Theme: eStore] Product Thumbs Not Showing w/ WooCommerce

Trying to figure out why the product thumbnails won’t show when I have WooCommerce plugin active. When I click on a product, the single product page loads and I can briefly see the thumbs before they disappear. If I click on the main image I can cycle through the various images that I thumbnailed, but they don’t show up otherwise.

If I deactivate WooCommerce the thumbnails show fine. Can anyone help? I’m at a deadend here! Thanks!!

Hello,

I am having trouble with the thumbnails not showing at all at my site https://www.corbettcartoons.com. No matter what options I pick I still get the default grey image on my posts.

I turned on developer mode and saw this in the source

but it does not really say why the image is empty or no file.

Is there a way I can find out why the thumbnail is defaulting to the default image. Each post only has an image in it so I am not sure why it is not finding it.
