How can I reset to zero the ticket numbers?

I would like reset my ticket numbers that now is at 190.
Is there a safe way to do it?

I would like that each time a user completes a form, in the green message of thanks, a number appears (so it can be used as a tiket number in the cash).

I have created a form that asks the user to which conferences he wants to participate (there are 3 at the same time, therefore he can only participate to one).
I would like that when you send the form, you will be assigned a ticket number.

Is this possible to do?

Hello team and members!
I want to say that this is a GREAT plugin and its almost what i need.
I say almost becouse, from my point of view, it needs some functions:
1. the ticketing system MUST have a unique number;
2. the tiketing system MUST have an email customized easy like:
“This is a automated message from “%mywebsite” . Your ticket has the #”%number” etc.”
3. For reply, the textboard it is more helpfull if it is like the WP textboard with full functions.

I want to become your customer; I hope i wasn’t rude, and i want you to take this comment like a positive comment.

Categories and ticket number

Hi,

I’m a graphic designer in a company, and I use this plugin to create Work Tickets for the various requests that I get. It allows me to keep a log of what I do.

I was previously using another plugin, but it was breaking my theme and I got fed up. Your plugin is working great for my needs, but there are two things that would be of great use:

A category for the ticket: I was able to create the dropDown menu “Category” in the Form. It’s showing on the Ticket Submit form but I can’t get it to display anywhere after the ticket has been submitted. I mostly need it in the Tickets listing in the admin.
The ability to choose the “start from” number: since I’m coming from another system, and my file system follows the tickets, it would be great if my tickets could start at a specific number.

I’m no coder, but I don’t think these would be very complicated to do in the code. With detailled instruction, I could find my way around. Any help would be appreciated.
