Edit: I was able to get it to work myself!
The first thing that caught my attention about Chaty was its ease of installation and configuration. Within minutes, I was able to integrate it into my site and connect it with my favorite social media accounts and messaging apps, including integration with Tidio. This feature has been extremely useful, as Tidio is another communication tool I frequently use in my business. The wide variety of platforms compatible with this plugin has allowed me to maintain smooth communication with my customers through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and many more.
The user interface of Chaty is very intuitive and visually appealing. The design is modern and clean, making it easy for both me and my visitors to interact with. Moreover, I love the option to customize colors and icons to match my brand’s visual identity. This allows me to maintain consistency on my website without sacrificing functionality.
One area where I believe Chaty could improve is by offering the ability to display content through shortcodes. This would allow for greater customization and flexibility when presenting relevant information in the chat, such as promotions, product links, or any other content that may be of interest to the visitor.
Another strong point of Chaty is its ability to adapt to different devices and browsers. This is essential in an increasingly connected world, where users access websites from various devices. With this plugin, my customers can easily contact me from their desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone, regardless of the browser they use.
As for technical support, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The Chaty team is extremely professional and always willing to help in case of any questions or issues. Their responses are quick and effective, providing me with peace of mind knowing that I have quality support whenever I need it.
In summary, the Chaty plugin has far exceeded my expectations and has been a key tool in the growth and success of my online business. Its ease of use, customization, compatibility, integration with Tidio, and top-notch technical support make it an option you can’t afford to miss if you’re looking to improve communication with your customers and increase your sales. Highly recommended! And with the addition of the shortcode functionality in the future, I am sure it will become even more powerful and versatile.
I’ve tried deactivating Complianz plus restoring my old Cookie Notice plugins, yet the old Cookie Notice doesn’t come back and Tidio chat also does not popup.
I’ve tried this on incognito and even clearing cache, but still no luck.
At this point I’m okay just disabling Complianz completely and going back to the old Cookie notice plugins, but as I said above, it didn’t restore.
Any ideas what to do next?
I am currently constructing a website for the business I work for. To hide my work from the public I am using WP Maintenance mode, but with that the Tidio Chat Widget gets hidden.
I can’t implement it into the fields or something.
The Tidio code is a format.
Can anyone help me with that?
Thanks
I’m not sure if this is related to having recently moved the chat icon up slightly on mobile but, once the chat page is opened up after clicking the icon, the ‘X’ button to close the chat is hidden slightly and therefore the chat can not be ended to get back to the main website.
Please see screen shot
I’ve tried adding a margin and padding to the iframe top but it has not effect.
Is this due to having recently added the margin to the bottom to move the icon up so it doesn’t cover the shopping basket? Or is it a separate issue?
Please advise, thanks
