Timeslot selection shows “select from 0 to 0 timeslots. Selected: 0.”

After choosing a service I get the following text in the next step (choosing a timeslot):

: select from 0 to 0 timeslots. Selected: 0.

And when I choose a timeslot it shows the selected timeslot not only in the radiobuttons, but also in text. Changing the timeslot is now only possible when you go back and choose the service again.

Before this (a few days ago) the text wasn’t visible and you could choose another timeslot in the radiobuttons.

I’m using Colibri WP Pro, themebuilder is Colibri Page Builder Pro. I tried deactivating al the other plugins but that didn’t solve it. Also tried it with another PHP version but still no result. Currently the PHP version is 8.3.1. WordPress version is the latest: 6.5.4.

I also tried it with theme Twenty Twenty-Four with no other plugins. Same result.

Can you please have a look at it?

I have a timetable that show yoga classes on my website, and I accidentally created too many time slots… I can see them in the backend of my website but stay stay in a fixed position and are not clickable. On my desktop view that are not show, but when you check mobile you see the extra timeslots, all showing “0:00″… How do I delete theseN

Been running this software for years now and it’s never given me a problem!!! Support is always ON TIME and the support isn’t needed for problems but rather for embellishments. This plugin can be adapted for any reservation system that requires payments for time slots and anything else you can imagine!!! …and, codepeople will be there to back it up!!!

Can one booking make others services slots unavailable?

I’m having trouble wording this question so bear with me. I have about 20 services in Webba that my customers can select from. I’m a one man show and it just occured to me that when a time slot is booked for a single service, that time slot becomes unavailable for that service, which is what I want. However, a different service could be booked by a different customer for that unavailable time slot, because the time slot for that service would not have been booked yet. I wouldn’t be able to be in two places at once so the second booking will get missed, or I would have to catch it and rebook it. I only have 4 time slots available in a day, is there a way in Webba to provide a specific list of services that will not double book me? I.E. when a customer books a service it eliminates that time slot for any service in the list. I appreciate any help or suggestions on how to do this, Webba is a very capablle program so I’m sure there is a way but it’s not easy to find that in the documentation.

Different Timeslots

We need to have different timeslots for different services at a certain day.
Our Situation: We have some employees which should be bookable at a certain day. Because we have two different groups Fulltime- and Parttime-Employees, we also need to have different timeslots e.g. one starting at 2:30 pm ending at 6:30 pm and another one starting also at 2:30 pm but ending at 4:30 pm. How can we achieve this for only one day? We tried several adjustments but also the blocking of timeslots with the “blocking times” button does not work. Can you help?

‘Show used slots’ not working correctly

Hi,

I have come across what seems to be a bug with this plugin.

One of my calendars ‘The Fun Field’ allows customers to book 1 hour sessions or 30 minute sessions.

I need to show the used timeslots but have them unselectable, which is where the problem is…

I booked a test appointment for 07:45 – 08:45 (1 hour session)

Now when I select ‘1 hour session’ from the dropdown list this timeslot appears and it is greyed out, so far so good…(see screenshot)

However, if another customer was to then book a 30 minute session for the same day, this timeframe (07:45 – 08:45) is completely missing!

What I should see here is that the 07:45 & 08:15 timeslots are there but greyed out, as a result of the 1 hour booking made previously.

If you look at the above screenshot you’ll see 07:15 timeslot and next to it is 08:45. This is wrong, i need it to show used timeslots here please.

Are you able to tell me how this can be achieved? I’m sure there must be a way but I have played with all the settings i can think of within the form but cant get it to work.
