Toggle Button and Menu not showing in mobile settings

I was editing the off-canvas menu within theme customizer and then all of a sudden, the toggle button and canvas menu disappeared. I have read all of your articles relative to this and ensured all settings are correct, all menus are properly set up, etc. I don’t know what happened or how to get it back.

The plugin free version used to work fine. Great plugin. I will update to pro at some point. Now it’s only partially working.

If you go here you’ll see the jpegs background change on toggle. Just click on a top row button for the popup.

Yet if you go here to watch a movie it no longer hides or darkens the movie cinema. This is actually a full size Background image to look like a cinema, taken from the original theme. It used to be when you clicked the toggle that the BG image disappeared thus lights out in the cinema.

It still changes menu/text to orange as it should.

I’ve tried deactivating each other plugin. If I use the 2nd to last update version I get what I’ve described here. If I try the new version it stops working completely. I’ve also tried PHP version 8.1 and 8.2. Theme won’t work yet on 8.3. Nothing changes. Even after flushing the browser cache (brave) and my plugin cache and minify. Also switching minify off – no change.

All plugins plus theme and WP are up to date.

Hamburger Menu Not Clickable After Optimized

Hello, thank you for your wonderful 10Web Booster engine, it is amazing!

Anyway, this one happens in my homepage, when the page is opened by phone, the footer menu change form to a toggle menu button. But it becomes not clickable. When I remove this page from optimization, it works again. What happened? And what is the solution?

The plugin does not show a toggle button in the header menu. It works for the mobile menu but not for the desktop menu.

Small icon behind Mobile Toggle Button

Hi, this plugin has been a life-saver! I do have one slight niggle (and it’s only a niggle, nothing that affects the menu at all). On my toggle button in the top right hand corner, there is a small, grey, almost wine glass-shaped icon floating between the hamburger menu and the background. I can’t seem to locate it when inspecting the element. Any idea what this is and how I can hide it? Many thanks either way.

Hi guys,

I’m setting up my website with Astra 4.2.1 and WordPress 6.3. I have created 5 pages, and modified the menu to include only two pages. On desktop is correct and it shows only the two pages that I assigned to the menu, however in mobile and table, the toggle button shows the 5 pages.

Hovering over toggle button

Hi,

I love this plugin, that’s for sure. But I wonder about one little thing:
Would it be possible to have a possibility to open the floating cart just by hovering over the toggle button instead of clicking on it?
And then if you hover away, the floating cart would close itself again?

Astra 4.1.4: Toggle button (burger menu) not working

Hi all,

When I updated Astra (Free) from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 I realized, that the toggle button / burger menu has not been working anymore (no menu displayed). I experienced that with several devices.

I use the latest WordPress release 6.2.

When I switched back to 4.1.3, everything was working well again.

Is this a known bug in 4.1.4? Is there any workaround?

Any help highly appreciated.
