I tried to change it in the editor by turning regular font in h4 to increase it. It would be fine, but any time i try to reedit something on the page my <h4> marks disappear and it turns into regular small font.

Which file do i need to edit and how?

I have a widget to display different header on different page.
The size of per page image is different than on the home page that is built in the theme itself.
