We are using your plugin to backup our website. So far we haven’t had any issues until recently.
It seems the backup archive that contain the plugins is not being sent properly via email (which is the remote storage method used) due to its size.
Our settings are configured to receive files bigger than this. We checked our backup history and the size of the file has been almost the same, with no issues with the backup method chosen until two weeks ago.
We deleted your plugin, cleaned our database and we installed it again, but the problem persists.
Any idea on how to solve this problem?
In advance, thank you for your help and interest.
]]>So when I open an individual product, their images are way too big. I tried to resize the image before downloading it as well as to resize it after downloading it. I also tried to go to Customize > woocommerce > product images and changed the main image width there but nothing seems to work.
Is there a way how I can make my images smaller?
Thanks a lot!
Kind regards,
Sintija
Thanks!

]]>I love this slider plugin. However, I need to change the size. The images and the price are too big for me.
Also, on mobile view it only displays 1 product, plus it’s huge. How do I change the size? I want the slider to be normal size on mobile displays, meaning I’d like atleast 4 products shown.
I tried with code, font-size doesn’t do anything..
Thank you for your time
]]>1. Just the icon
2 Icon and welcome message
3 Automatic expand the chatbox
I have several times tried to choose the just the icon, or the icon and welcome message, however every time you visit my page the automatic expand sets in. This is quite frustrating as the visitors complaint about the chatbox being too big.
How can I fix this? Is this a problem with the plugin itself? I can see others have asked the same question without getting an answer?
Best regards
]]>I’m using the theme with buddypress and everything works great. The only problem is that on Google Chrome user avatars are stretched out to fill the container far beyond the 150 px it should be. On Firefox, Safari mobile, Firefox mobile it renders perfectly normally. Can you help me find the cause? I really don’t want to have to take off avatars as I want the group avatars.
Many thanks in advance.
