I trust this email finds you well. I recently installed your plugin based on a recommendation from the Hostinger team for enhanced security. I opted for the free license as I currently cannot afford the paid version, being based in Pakistan.

However, since installing your plugin, I have been receiving an overwhelming number of emails regarding login attempts. These notifications are coming from various countries and have become quite bothersome. I have attached images for your reference via email.

Could you please guide me on how to stop these notifications and only receive legitimate emails?

The plugin has been installed on the moeezahmed.com and creativeart.pk WordPress websites using my email address.

I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

This might not be a problem for most, but we went from about 3000 files to more than 250000 files, and that is our shared hosting maximum. Exceeding the file count limit caused all sorts of problems. Deleting the W3 Cache plugin and manually deleting the associated files solved our problems.

Fortnightly backups being done daily

I have a site that has been set with ‘Fortnightly’ for FILES, and ‘Weekly’ for DATABASE. This had been working fine, backing up to DropBox, but recently my client informed me that her DropBox was constantly filling up. I could then see that Updraft was backing up files DAILY and not removing after 3 versions. I did your standard WIPE procedure, and uninstalled, then re-installed the plugin, but it continues to back up daily. Is there something else I can try? Many thanks.

Too many variation problem

Hello,

I have a problem with product variations. I have 4 attributes on 1 product.

Example:
a: 22
b: 17
c: 14
d: 2

It’s 10472 variations.

When I will creating all variation on my product, console say me 500 internal error. And can’t all variations creating.

I googled all pages and woocommerce forums, tried .htaccess deleted and new create, all plugins deactive, change my theme to standart theme, change php.ini configuration and all codes but I can’t find a solution.

I have a wordpress multisite setup. Each sub site has its own domain name.

Theme my login works fine on the root site, but when trying to login on one of the sub sites, it fails with a “too many redirects” error.

Tested in both firefox and chrome.

Too many variations available

I created a product with two attributes, size and color. Each size does not have the same colors available. For example, Pint should only show White, Fire Red, Metallic Gold and Black as being available. However, when you select the size Pint on the website and then click on the drop down menu for color, every single color displays on the screen. I haven’t had this issue with other products that i created so what did I do wrong that would cause this issue?

I have 9 quizzes with more than 1,000 questions in total in one course and a single quiz doesn’t work.

Could it be because of total questions in one course? Do all questions load when a single quiz runs?

I have increased PHP memory limit to 256M. Or may be it is not a memory issue?

I was in the site a few days ago and things were fine. Suddenly I get this error when trying to log into admin. I looked at various solutions here and none seemed to work. Cleared cookies, etc.

I am running my own server and I have many WP sites on the server and I have checked others and none are having this problem, so the problem isn’t the server side.

I can get to the home page, but when I try to log into admin, I get the error. I actually do get logged in as I see the admin toolbar, but I can’t access admin. If I try to access the dashboard I get the error.

If I try to click on the other tabs, I get a “Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.”

backing up multiple uploads folders

I adopted a site from another developer. I used your clone/migrate feature to copy his site to mine and work on the staging site while the other stays live.

I’ve experienced a strange issue when doing backups. The first few times I did a backup, it was backing up about 7 uploads folders, then the following times it seemed there were more and more. The backup I just did yesterday gave me “72” uploads folders. Would you have any idea why it’s creating so many uploads folder?

I’ve use your plugin on about 6 other sites, and none of them backup more than one uploads folder.
