I hope this message finds you all well and thriving. I am writing to follow up on our previous conversation regarding the implementation of user-managed email preferences within Tutor LMS. As you may recall, we discussed the importance of providing users with the ability to opt in or out of transactional emails, which I believe is essential for enhancing user experience and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
It has been some time since our last exchange, and I was curious to know if there have been any developments on this front. The ability for users to manage their email notifications would not only improve the user experience but also demonstrate a strong commitment to respecting user privacy and adhering to global best practices.
I understand that implementing new features can be complex and time-consuming, but I am eager to hear about any progress or plans regarding this suggestion. Your continuous efforts to improve the platform and cater to the needs of your users are highly appreciated, and I am looking forward to any updates you might have on this issue.
Thank you once again for your attention to this matter and for your dedication to enhancing Tutor LMS. Please let me know if there have been any updates or if there is any additional information you require from me to facilitate this process.
Best Regards,
Alex
I’ve been watching tutorials and trying to figure this out all day. I am trying to create an email to be sent to my customers after the purchase of a specific product and specifically signed up for MailPoet for this specific task because of the integration they have with woocommerce; however, after setting everything up I can not find the option to create email anywhere and it seems there has been an update that none of the tutorials out there cover.
Can anyone shed light on this? Where do I find the transactional emails for woocommerce in MailPoet??
Thank you for your help
Been able to send WordPress website transactional emails with MailPoet is great, but where/how can we define an email template for those standard notifications?
Thanks for your help
The plugin is working perfectly but I have a question.
Currently, after the correct payment in stripe, in each registration the user receives two almost simultaneous emails.
The first is to verify the email address with a url of the type https://site.com/?rcp-verify-key=XXXXXXXXXX&rcp-user=X
And another with a plain text in which it is communicated that the membership has been activated.
Is it strictly necessary to require email activation? Could the activation itself be skiped?
Thanks in advance,
get_formatted_billing_address()
get_formatted_shipping_address()
I can’t modify single values.
Any help would be very appricated. We have to find a solution as soon as possible. It simply doesn’t look right for the customers.
It seems the h1 is malformed – somehow.
It should be this:

New Order:?#12345

But it is this:
<h1 style="font-family: " helvetica="" neue",helvetica,roboto,arial,sans-serif;="" font-size:="" 30px;="" font-weight:="" 300;="" line-height:="" 150%;="" margin:="" 0;="" text-align:="" left;="" text-shadow:="" 0="" 1px="" #b3afa5;="" color:=""?#202020;="" background-color:="" inherit;"="" bgcolor="inherit">New Order:?#12345

It looks like the start is what wrecks it:? ? <h1 style="font-family: " helvetica=
QUESTION: What could be causing this to break and where in the bowels of WC or php can I do to locate/fix this? Is there a hook or something I can use to override it?
Starting of today it seems that transactional mails send through this plugin are broken. They are full of newlines like this:
Subject: [My Ecommerce Shop] New order (129021)=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
New order: number 129021=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=
=0A=

So in the email reader it is super long message with hundreds of newlines.
I had to disable the transactional emails feature. Now the server send it straight and emails look fine when they not send through Sendinblue. So I guess the problem has to be with the plugin and/or sendinblue.
Let me know if you want me to give message id or some further details.
a while ago my transactional email started being sent with errors and I cannot figure out what is causing it. The emails both me and the customers receive are always messed up. I cannot even figure out what they bought from it most of the time. I don’t know if it’s any plugin or why it keeps sending like this. Can you please help?
Support has been amazing. They are responsive and very engaging. Any issue I’ve had, they have quickly shown how to overcome it (which in most cases was a mater of me not knowing where a setting was located! LOL)
Anyways, I’m going to switch over all of our forms to handle emails using MailPoet. Thanks for such a great experience and thorough documentation!
