I’m trying to setup the 3CX on our dev site to make sure it doesn’t have any issues when we move over to this new chat plugin.

However, I’ve noticed that I can no longer enable the chat transcript under the general settings, like the 3CX documents suggest. In fact there is no chat transcript settings section at all under general settings on the plugin. Can you please let me know how I turn this on? This is an essential tool for our customer service team so we really need it.

for about two weeks my podcast imports miss the cover image? I have to upload it manually then.

And another question: Is there a chance to automatically import the transcript as well? So far it′s importing the shownotes and I manually copy the transcript once the podcast is online. Would like to have less manual steps if possible.

I basically need to have a scan of the manuscript page (which can be clicked on to open it as a PDF) on one side of the screen, and its transcript (again, which can be opened as a PDF) on the other. I then need to be able to click through the pages, similar to Google books. Very clean and simple!

The above is the demo link of theme I purchased. I have installed it in www.friendswhisper.com But my problem is I am not able to customize it the way it appears in demo. All posts I add in different categories repeatedly appears in throughout the screen layout in different columns. How to position different categories in different blocks of screen ?
How to insert small clips as shown in the media news of the demo block ?
If someone can help me to make my site exactly same as it appears in demo, I am ready to send some donations as goodwill.

Once I am comfortable with all the above testing, I want to move the entire configuration to new domain also. Current area is only a test bed.
