For those with BuddyPress ideally it would have an option to filter by friends.
Email should not be shown.

Im brand new to the world of wordpress and doing anything website development related.

Iv been setting up an ecommerce website for a couple months now on my localhost as i thought this would be best to start off with so i can get to know how to use it and get the site working properly.

But now whenever i try to follow the duplicator process i keep getting an error message at the end. I feel like it might have something to do with my site taking up around 3Gb and this may be to big of a file for suplicator so its timing out.

I have alot of photos on my site and alot of product pages.

Would the site of my site effect transfering it over? Do i need to delete some work?

I do not have that much knowledge in Linux environment and I’m a newbie to WordPress too. How can I correct this.

Could this be a problem with their server or my website.

Take a look at the main menu icons, top social icons next to the search bar, and the icons for the weather in the right side widget.

i’d like to rebuild the site using wp, in a temporary address.
when it’s ready i’ll run over the old site with the new wp.

how do i change from the temporary address to the new one?

Total newbie here… so be warned…lol..

First of all, I designed my company’s ecommerce website using WordPress and a few plugins and other stuff. It turned out great and works flawlessly. I was actually amazed at how well it worked with the plugins Im using for Paypal and other stuff. It turned out great for a guy that just learned how to do it a 3 days prior to starting the building of it. : )

Here’s the problem…. I recently parted ways with my business partner after all of the hard work I put into designing the website. He did nothing, I did it all. Prior to him locking me out of the server by changing the password, I downloaded all of the files on the server. ALL of them. Now I have no way of getting back in to do anything else.

What I want to do is this… I want to make an identical website with all of the same graphics, text, designs, etc…. but with my new company logo, images and information obviously. I already have the new WP server with all of the files transferred over to the exact same place they were on the old server in the root directory. The site loads and works fine but whenever I click on a product, it loades it from the OLD site and the URL changes to the old site for that product. Also, now when I go to my WP-Admin login page, it is pulling up the OLD sites login page. Now what?? Am I screwed or what??
