1. Regarding the footer menu, widget area 4 of the Blocksy’s Modern Shop Theme: I want to edit the contact details so when I navigate to the widget area 4 to edit the details, I can see a locked icon (https://ibb.co/HKyN6tM) unlike Widget Area 1, 2 and 3 which are all editable. But this is not editable. Is there somewhere that I can unlock this icon to edit.
2. This theme also has a Trending Now section which I wanted to turn off but could not find any settings to do so.

We are using Zeen theme and engine. For the sidebar, we have Zeen’s trending posts which pulls from Jetpack. It’s set to show the trending posts from the last 7 days.

However, since the beginning of the year, it’s not updating and showing old posts. I disabled all plugins to finally see it is caused by Jetpack and I’m not sure why.

The homepage also has a trending section but doesn’t have this issue. It’s only the sidebar in posts/pages.

Cache is fully cleared.

Any idea?

As you can see, all the posts from the left are not Miguel’s posts. However, since I am in the author’s archive page, it is showing as if all the trending posts were written by Miguel.

How can I fix this?

For example, take a look at the left where the trending posts are: https://seattlecollegian.com/author/miguel-jocom/

It displays in all of them “Miguel Jocom”. He isn’t the author of all the trending posts. To compare, go to homepage and see who are the real authors. In the homepage, it works well.

I have been using Newsup theme for some time now but my posts in tab section of Homepage is not getting updated. Specially the trending and Popular posts are not getting updated. Latest one is working fine.
