The problem is a bit bigger, because google search console shows some data that is probably created by this plugin. Google normally wants to index these pages, and they are 404 errors that are redirected to the homepage. I know a little about positioning and I can say what I see.

For 3 years, on two of my sites, this plugin created over 100,000 pages with a 404 error, several dozen of them ended up in the Google search console.

Not a good marketing tactic from a marketing tool….

I just need to track WPforms. In order to do so you must use this plugin that ads no value whatsoever. Obviously they try to sell more plugins. But now I need to find another forms plugin instead. If they were not so crazy for money, I’d be very happy with WPforms. Now they made me hate this insights plugin AND WPforms.

You can judge by yourself it just ugly, certainly on purpose, to make want to pay about $10 a month.
The infomation to pay for this module is hidden until you actually want to change the text.
It would have been acceptable to make us pay if we need to send over the 100/month limit, which would have meant the business is already working great, but actually it is asked at the very beginning.
So the one star rating is for all the time lost on this plugin and the dishonnest strategy.
We would have paid gladly for sending more than 100 e-mails a month, we would have paid too to be able to customize the email adresses and advanced theme e-mails, but just to rewrite the text when we just start working with this app, certainly not.

So if you look for a free app, this isn’t really one, unless you accept to send to your customers a very bad looking e-mail, barely understandle by someone not into the plugin configuration.

If I use wp-smush plugin which optimizes images in a wp site, will it change my image file size only (like from 2Mb to 1,7Mb) or it will change even image size (like from 100×200 px to 50x150pixels). Would my website or posts have any visual changes according to image sizes?
