Triggers and cookies rules disappear by itself

I have encountered a few times the same problem on my site. I have one popup, for which i set trigger by time, set cookies rules like not to show popup for month after submit or click on close button. It work some time, like weeks, months, but then accidently all this settings disappear. Popup still exist, it shows status “active” but in “Triggers” it is empty like there were no rules. I have feeling that it disappear each time after plugin update but i’m not sure about this. Could you please help to figure out where is the problem?

I’m currently experimenting in using your plugin.

I’m looking to delay the pop-up to enhance user experience. Can it be delayed by for example between 2-5 minutes or triggered after a certain number of page visits to avoid immediate display? Currently, the time delay options range up to 10 seconds, but I’m aiming for a longer delay to engage users who spend more time on the site and reduce annoyance. Any insights on achieving this would be greatly appreciated. Or I think it would be great if users had to visit a certain number of pages before the pop-up is shown, if this possible at all. Thank you!

Trigger tag AFTER GTM Consent has changed

I am trying to set things up so that when using GTM Consent Mode, I can make a tag fire when the Google consent type changes. The idea was to have 3rd party pixels load and fire after a user presses accept on the website. I know there is an option to trigger scripts from within the plugin, but I’d rather do it inside GTM as the website ecosystem I’m working with spans multiple domains and servers, and managing the pixels on a per-install basis might lead to desynced configs.

Problem: When I make a custom trigger to fire on cmplz_event_statistic or marketing, and I’m using Consent Mode to manage a tag that has that trigger, the tag won’t fire because the gtag consent update is initiated AFTER the complianz event so Consent Mode perpetually blocks the tag from firing as the consent isn’t actually set at the time the trigger activated.

Is there a way to get this working in a simple and straightforward manner that still uses Google Consent Mode to manage the tag firing.

When I save the Popup (and each time the Popup trigger in Frontend) I found two new rows in the Popup Setting with “false” as name.

Yesterday I found 40 Triggers and 40 Cookies.

Hello,

What is supposed to be happen:

Show Popup A
Popup A button is clicked (would automatically close) or closed manually with top right “X”
Show Popup B
Popup B button is clicked (would automatically close) or closed manually with top right “X”
Repeat steps (Show Popup A)

What is happening: Popup A is showing, but clicks are not closing it and showing Popup B

Clicks needed: On Popup A: either the “close popup A and open popup B” button or the top right “X” close button

Answer, I have updated popup maker to its latest version and for weeks every time I create activators, they are deleted after a few days and stop working, so I have to create them again, I don’t understand why all the activators are deleted and They stay blank, I’m going to downgrade to see if that solves it, I’ll be very grateful if you can help me solve this problem.

I am using the UNICPO plugin.

Point Not Being Added to Account

Hi,

I am having issues with points not showing up after an event. In this case, I have integrated with Forminator. Points for initial registration (using a Forminator Form) to the site show up but that’s it.

I have another form that users can complete if they are logged in to the site, and it is set up for automatic points upon successful submission. Yet when I complete the form, no points are registered. When I check the log, it doesn’t even show that the event was triggered.

Webhook on Make

It seems there is no webhook possibility to SEND data out into Make when certain triggers have been in action. We want to automate social media, but have to rely on polling, which we don’t enjoy at all.

Hi,

I want to hook into the Download Handler trigger function so I can run some API calls before I fetch the file. Do you have a hook available there so that I can do that, or is it possible to override the DownloadHandler::trigger function in some way?

And are the hooks and actions you have listed on your documentation page the only ones that can be hooked into by developers?

Forminator Form Submit Events

Hi,

I’m trying to detect forminator form submit success or failed using these triggers but seems that they are not working for some reason!

forminator:form:submit:success
forminator:form:submit:failed

I’ve also tried other triggers for example forminator.before.load but none of these doesn’t return anything!
