Unable to access website or admin to login

I attempted to add code the following code to my website

Immediately after doing so, I became unable to access my website or the admin or login page of WP. Nothing loads.

What do I do?

Images not displaying on website – Question mark showing instead

Hi All,

I’m having some trouble with the images throughout my website. For some reason, all of the images have stopped displaying and a blue question mark is showing in its place. They were displaying perfectly before and I’ve not had any issues at all until about 1 week ago.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this ASAP – Thank you!

I own multiple WordPress websites and NONE of them will load for me. However, I know other people can load the sites. For example, one of my sites is:
www.easysites.org
You should be able to open it fine, however, I can’t. I have tried deleting cache and cookies, contacting my web host, trying a different browser and trying on a phone. Nothing works. What I find hard to understand is that ALL of my wordpress sites wont load. I dont think it can be just from a plugin or theme if all of them aren’t loading. Yet, my web host is stumped.

Any help? Much appreciated!

DelicateNews home page won't load

I set up at DelicateNews theme locally and then migrated it to a hosted site. Now, the home page will not load, intermittently giving a ‘500 Internal Server Error’ or loading the header only. I am able to login to the admin page and the backend looks fine, and when I am able to get to the partial header I can access individual posts, which also look fine. The problem seems to be strictly on the homepage.

Since the migration, I have done nothing new to the site, and to troubleshoot, I have deactivated all the plugins, renamed the .htaccess to a .txt file, reverted my last few posts to drafts, made sure the config file is correct, none of which have an effect.

However, changing to the ‘twentyeleven’ theme seems to make it work fine, so it must be a problem with DelicateNews, but not sure how to proceed. Any ideas?

Cannot tag new posts in latest WP version

I’m having problems tagging new posts in WP 3.4.2. I enter tags in the tag box, but then I get my attempted tax with a red x to the side. I had this problem with 3.4.1, too. What’s going on? Am I doing anything wrong? The tag function worked fine in versions before 3.4.1.
