Creation of dynamic property Trustpilot\Review\Plugin::$plugin_version is deprecated
Can you update the plugin in order to be compliant with latest PHP versions?
Thanks.
From trustpilot documentation: https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/213703667-How-to-use-Automatic-Feedback-Service-
the only way to do it is by adding a bcc which Mailpoet does not support or to include a dynamic structured data snippet in that trigger email, either in the body of the email like this:

it’s not clear how to do this.
Can someone help please

My Trustpilot plugin page is just BLANK, and it has stopped sending invitations to my customers since 15. september 2022.
The installation video from Trustpilot is showing some setting, but I don’t have those settings.
I have tried to uninstall and install again = not helping.
Installation is seriously a breeze, and the support since day one has been excellent. The response times are quick, and the level of detail on any ticket is extensive. They see you through any issue and communicate well. And for the results it provides, you can’t beat the pricing.
Hats off to OptinMonster for a job well done. Keep it up!
We are using trustindex to show our trustpilot reviews in our page. But it does not show, only when we are logged in.
it only shows the code, when we are logged in to the webpage, but not logged out.
We have cleared all website cache and server cache.
The widget is inserted with elementor as html code. Anyone knows, what could be the issue?
I’m running my online shop in Germany using WooCommerce and collect reviews via Trustpilot.
As I need to comply with the GDPR, I’m currently asking my customers in the purchase-confirmation-e-mail, whether they would be ok rating me there.
For those people who agree, I change the order to “completed” so the Trustpilot plugin sends out the review invitation automatically. People who don’t agree, I just leave “in progress” because this doesn’t trigger the Trustpilot E-Mail.
The thing is that I’m currently hiring my first employee, and it’s impossible to keep the overview of which orders were shipped and which weren’t this way (I’m currently at 175 open orders that were actually shipped a long time ago, because these people didn’t agree on rating me.
So, my question is: Is there a way to add a checkbox that needs to be ticked in order to make the Trustpilot Plugin send out an E-Mail when I set the order status to “completed”?
I didn’t find any plugin or function in the plugin, so I assume the only way would be to write some individual code. As I don’t have any idea about coding, I hope for your help here.
In case there is a similar rating plugin that has this function, I’d also consider to change.
Thank you so much in advance!
Best wishes
