Poor UI and PDF barely useful

The PDF addon was all going mmm… good until PDF was created: Line height was huge and what I had intended as a practical 2 page PDF contract turned into an ugly and unprofessional five pager. …and that after surviving the very narrow text editor, veeery annoying for editing the content, so only pasting from another code editor was posible. The reason: the uncollapsible admin sidebar, along with the only 2 column layout in the CF7 admin page, fatal combination that leaves you with a terrible text editor dimension.

Remove white banner above menu

Hi,

In the interest of UI I am trying to remove the white banner above my navigation menu. When looking in the customisation options, i can see this is where the ‘Logo’ sits? Is there any way of bypassing this and removing the white bar completely?

Update: 2.1.2 Fixed my issue, Plugin Works as expected

Since Version 2.0.0 or Solid Mail rebranding, I have no UI visible anymore and cannot see any Logs or change any settings. Plugin still works tho, but not being able to view Logs and change Settings is not good. Very bad update I must say!!

Let’s see… where do I begin… hmm

First, after purchasing a pro plan, the only blocks that will display in the “browse all” blocks in Gutenberg only shows Otter now. The other blocks I depend on never display in the “browse all” view. I can search and find them, but I can’t browse them.

Second, buttons don’t offer all of the attributes I need to stylize. There’s no letter-spacing attribute. Additionally, attempting to make changes to the style of the buttons using the widget UI seems to not effect the button at all… (yes, I’ve checked to ensure I’m not overriding with other styles)

When using the button widget UI, some of the fields overlap with each other. Yes, my browser zoom is set to 100%.

So… at the moment, I guess I have to start over with buttons after 2hrs of trial and error, reading their documentation, etc. I’ll be having a chat with the license holder Monday. I think we’re still within our 30 day money back window. As far as I can tell, this purchase was an exercise in frustration management.

I’m having issues with Contact Form 7. For some reason the text box appears all the way to the right when I try to edit any contact form on my WordPress site. Is there a way I can fix this? This is an issue I’m having on the back end.

Popup maker UI needs evaluation…

You can make some really nice popups with the popup maker feature. However, the user interface is kind of clunky and you end up going around in circles trying to chase down the settings for the element on the popup that you are trying to edit. For example, change the color of the title… change the image… change the popup close icon… sure you can eventually find them. But it can get really tedious. Recommend so that user can click on any element like the image, the title, the close button… and the editor on the right will automatically show the settings for the element selected. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for a great plugin.

Dropdown Category & Tag Filter

Hello. First of all, thanks for this great plugin.

I would like to add optional selectable dropdown category and tag filters to the search form.

When I add this shortcode [searchform dropdown_1=”post_tag” dropdown_2=”category”], all categories and all tags are selectable. I have so many categories and tags. That’s why I want to add only some categories and some tags to these dropdown lists. In this way, it will be both easy to use and pleasant to the eye. How do I add only certain categories/tags?

In addition, the dropdown menus come as “none”. How can we change this “none” texts to “All Categories” and “All Tags”?

The things I mentioned are just UI changes on the form. I hope there are solutions.

Hi, when I’m trying to edit any post for my blog, the edit window has changed layout, all the content touches the edge of the screen. As shown in the attatched images.
I’m not aware that I’ve changed any settings and I’ve tried deactivating all plug-ins.
