as indicated in the title, I migrated the website to a new server, siteground, using their migration tool.
Aside from a few mixed contenct errors (fixed with better search and replace) I had no other problems except the “unable to connect” error message.
I tried any solution found on the internet:
I disabled all plugins
I changed the theme
I disabled XML-RPC protection
I searched wp-config for any other key problems.
Unfortunately everything was useless, the site won’t connect (so I can’t connect it to woocommerce.com either)
I hope I can get help from you.
Thank you in advance
]]>My Royal Mail Click and Drop link has suddenly stopped working – I disconnected completely and now I can’t reconnect – I’m getting either ‘Can’t connect to Woo commerce’ or ‘Woocommerce API returned HTTP Response {403}’
does anyone know why this would suddenly stop working and what I can do/try to relink it please?
I have disabled all plugins and the same thing happens.
I am not very technical with this kind of thing so please be nice while I try and navigate this!
Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions!
]]>How do I fix this?
]]>I’m able to login through my developpement environnement but not on my production environnement.

Best Regards,

I have tried the old port 25 as well as 587 and get the same message. I’ve had a fiddle with DNS too but no joy.
Does this message signify that the connection is being prevented at the mailserver, or that the message isn’t even leaving our server due to a firewall?
It would be great if I could work out if it’s us or them but I don’t know how to.

This is especially bad because when I go to my websites admin page, the above is all that shows up and I can’t login to work on my site.
Before this happened, I was able to log in to admin, and I noticed Google Analytics was no longer working. I logged off of it in an attempt to get it working, but was unsuccessful. I closed out of my website, but now this is all I get.
