The issue I am having is: when I go to edit a page, I get a white blank page and no editing buttons/menus, etc. oddly, however, when viewing my website I can see all of it’s contents. This is a new issue as I’ve had this website for a many years but am using a new theme as early 2023.
Any help or suggestions is much appreciated,
charmaine
]]>It looks and functions perfectly OK when you access it as a viewer, but when I tried to get at it as an admin in the last few days in order to correct a minor typing error which I had just noticed, I got an error message saying “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” It’s the same whether I try to go in via Block editor or Classic editor. Quick edit is accessible but not useful. And no, it hasn’t emailed me any instructions.
I hadn’t actually tried to access it to edit it for some months, so I don’t know if this problem is connected with the most recent WordPress upgrade about a week ago, or already existed.
The only differences between this post and the other 19 are a) that it’s a very long one (but not the *only* very long one) and b) that it’s the only post whose name on the All Posts page is followed by — Classic editor rather than — Block editor. I don’t know why, because like most of my posts it consists mainly of standard blocks, with a few classic ones when I needed some kind of fancy format in a particular block. I’m guessing this is somehow the source of the problem – that it’s stuck in classic mode – but I can’t get into it to change it.
Any ideas how to fix this? I don’t want to have to remake the post, a) because it would take about 30 hours to reconstruct and b) because it has comments on it that I don’t want to lose.
]]>I read your documentation regarding custom CSS, and it was mentioned there that,
Click on the button on the right to see the graphical representation of the automatic insertion options and alignment styles.
But I cannot find any such button on the ad inserter dashboard.

Where should I go to find the option for editing the inline CSS?
]]>I am unable to view as ‘logged in’ user in the edit tab which is causing me to be unable to edit the language translations for visitors who are not logged in to their website accounts. This error is causing all my work and TranslatePress to be useless without this function.
Here is a video outlining the issue:

Will you please look into this?
I look forward to your help.
Many thanks,
Rob
I had never such issue with WP!
Only some postings and sites I cannot edit. If I click on the update button then the whole updatet text and content is deleted and I see the version before I edited. Above I can sometimes read the advice that there is a newer version in the automatically saves. But i cannot restore it too
Anybody any idea how to fix it?
PS: sorry for my english I am no native speaker
]]>I have tried:
– deactivating all plug-ins: no change
– reactivating all plug-ins: no change
– updating all plug-ins: no change
– downloading health check plug in: no change
– changing theme to WP 2017: no change
– changing back to original theme: no change
Again, this problem affects my ability to edit existing posts in my website, as well as my ability to post any new content. All attempts result in that white screen. Two days ago it was working fine, yesterday this issue started and it’s continuing today. Help please! Thank you!
