* I can select date range
* I can see available rooms
* I can change quantity and hit Book button
* However, Reserve button brings me to the error
If I am logged into WordPress, I can successfully view the reserve form. Is the plugin only meant for logged in users? If not, can you help me on identifying the problem?
WordPress is 6.0.1. Thank you!
]]>Hope everything is good with you. After installation and configuring (public and private keys), the YOUCAN PAY plugin will not operate in both modes (sandbox and live) and constantly displays this error.
“We were unable to process your order, please try again.”
And it sometimes renders the credit/debit card form twice.

I hope this finds you well.
I am trying to Extract the Plugin folder backup for my site. There is one plugin in particular that gives an error.
It says:
Unable to process
“plugins\dc-woocommerce-multi-vend…\”
Please see Screenshot 1 here below:
This is preventing me from Extracting the other plugins on my site as well.
This same plugin was causing a few errors on my site and is the reason why I am trying to restore the backup of the Plugins folder.
Is there some way I can Extract all the plugins except this specific plugin and see if that works? And then I can simply download a fresh version of that plugin?
I tried to go into the zip file and only delete the folder for this plugin, however I got an error message.
Please see Screenshot 2 at the link below for the error message:
Do you know whether I will lose settings for this plugin if I have to download a free version? Or are the settings stored in the database rather than the plugin folder?
Do you have any other recommendations on how to proceed?
Thank you for the help as well as your time and energy.
Kind regards and best wishes,
Jethro
I checked the logs and this is what I see:

When checking out on my website using Woocommerce Stripe Gateway I am getting an error
Sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please retry later.
My Stripe Dashboard is displaying 200OK with 100% Sucess Rate, WooCommerce reports transactions are Failed.
So far I have done the following tests:
– Run it on tests stripe keys
– Run it on live stripe keys
– Disable all plugins
– Disable all plugins change the theme
– Run setup wizard again
– Connect Stripe account to the woocommerce dashboard to make sure keys match.
– WordPress logs are not displaying any errors
– Woocommerce logs seem empty
I am running Woocommerce Storefront theme, all recommended plugins (Woocommerce MailChimp, Jetpack) + Revslider + WPBakery Visual Composer.
I also have custom PHP code to check if users are logged in and redirect them to a login page if they are not when clicking on cart/checkout/shop pages. Disabling the code did not help in resolving the issue
Thanks in advance
