Service Click Ability

New services added on WordPress website are unclickable both on image and text. Have cross-checked settings with older services but everything checks out. The website was updated in 2021 and these new services were added in 2024. You can click on the services ‘Process Modelling’ and ‘Water Management’ by going to the dropdown bar at the Main menu at the top of the page. How can this be fixed without starting the service page again?

Calendar Unclickable

When I check the box for “start date” within the “Timeline” section of the Gutenberg editor, I find that the calendar displays times like I want it to, rather than just entire days like it does when the “start date” is not checked. However, when it is displaying times in this way, the calendar is unclickable; visitors to the site cannot use it. When I do not have the “start date” box checked, the form appears below the calendar which visitors can fill in and use to make bookings, however it is only available in this case to book days, and not times.

Any help would be appreciated! My site is not yet live, it is only a local site at the moment, this is why I’ve not provided a link.

Comment Field (Name, E-mail, Website) Unclickable on Blog Posts

Hello! I’m currently using a template and a dummy blog post to test out the layout. A user can write a comment in the “comment” field, but cannot click the “Name”, “Email” and “Website” fields. In order to access those fields, you need to start in the “comment” box and press tab to move to the next field.

I took out my custom CSS to see if it fixed the issue, but it did not. I also tried deactivating all my extra plugins, but that didn’t help either.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Customizer not working

Hi. My WordPress customizer stopped working. When I click customize, a blank screen appears. I tried to disable all the plugins and clear cache but the problem has persisted. It started when I tried to test a different theme. I’m unable to implement any changes as I’m locked out of customization. When I click the widgets section of the Appearance, this is the error I get. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Credit Card payment fields are disabled

I have manage to connect to Stripe and transactions via FPX works fine however I found that all credit card fields are disabled and unable to fill / click at all.

So far I have tried the following approach:
1. inspected and console shows no error.
2. woocommerce log show no critical error from stripe.
3. Disabled all other plugins and left only woocommerce, stripe and changed to twenty-twenty theme.

Situation still the same after all the above attempts. Any idea? TIA

Unclickable Job Positions on PC

I am using Accesspress Parallax Pro theme for my website knowledgetics.com

I created a job page for my website using WP Job Openings Plugin but it is not working fine. The link it created is – https://knowledgetics.com/job-openings
The Jobs under this link can be viewed and applied via mobile but the same cannot be done through a pc.

It also gave me a link – https://knowledgetics.com/jobs which is acting as an archive page and works well on both pc and mobile but it is not showing under “All Pages” in WordPress Dashboard while the previous link – https://knowledgetics.com/job-openings is showing up under “All Pages”
I can’t understand the reason behind this. Please help.
