I recently convinced my client to commit to your product to translate their website, but we have been struggling with incredibly slow speeds — the translation interface is almost unusable at times.
I have sent two support tickets in relation to their website (twnaf.com), the first within 5 days of purchase and the most recent less than an hour ago. I haven’t heard anything from either support ticket.
For the record, the fact that there is no way to track submitted tickets is a massive problem — I didn’t even get a confirmation email that either support ticket was submitted, so I have no way to prove that I sent the first support ticket within 7 days of purchase in case I want my money back.
Please could you check on the support tickets submitted for twnaf.com and reply to that ticket as soon as possible so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

]]>I’ve created this website a couple of years ago with the twenty twenty two theme. And today I updated the website, but now the mobile navigation menu is not responsive. When I click on it nothing happens.
The navigation menu does seem to be working on the desktop and tablet version.
Thank you for your help!
]]>Be that as it may, if I go into Login Designer, within the Customizer, I can navigate, etc., but if I want to exit the Login Designer back to the main Customizer panel/menu, the “back arrow” does nothing. Not seeing any error message or debug log messages.
In the browser console, when I click to ENTER the Login Designer, I get this error message:

But then I’m able to navigate in the Login Designer, etc.
I’ve not actually used it yet, but I thought I’d raise the issue here about it.
]]>Thanks for providing this free plugin. It’s working great for me on Word 6.4.3 with a block theme (TT3 child). The only issue I’ve come across is that when I select multiple separate accordions in the left hand “Document Overview” in the editor, it causes the page to become unresponsive. Not a huge deal of course, but I thought I’d report it. I do understand that the plugin is not officially compatible with WP 6.4.3.

]]>I first contacted WordPress, but they could not assist because Themeansar is not one of their partner companies. I then contacted PayPal and tried to get a refund through them, and provided the requested documentation, but my request was denied.
Themeansar is an unethical and dishonest company. Facebook, Trustpilot, and even WordPress have complaints that show people’s dissatisfaction in dealing with Themeansar. The company is actually called Bena Softech (that is the name that was listed on the PayPal charge). They indicate on WordPress that they are located in Russia but Bena Softech is a Chinese company.
I lost $59 to this shady company. By reporting this, I hope to save someone else the trouble.
]]>I have contacted MisBap on the following dates to show how much they care about customer service: 11/25/23, 11/26/2023, 11/28/2023, 11/29/2023, 12/1/2023, and lastly 2/3/2024. The reason for the gap- my brother passed away in December and this website was the last thing on my mind.
Buyer Beware!!!!
]]>Background:
WordPress 6.4.2
WPVivid 0.9.95
WPVivid Compress Method: GZip
Compressed Every 200MB
The backup for my complete site and database together results in a multi-part download containing ’11’ zip files.
ISSUE BEING OBSERVED:
Clicking ‘Backups‘ > ‘Downloads‘ > ‘Download 1′ successfully downloads file – but WPVivid (WordPress Backend) requires a page refresh before I can begin downloading the next part.
The WPVivid Admin Page in the WordPress backend becomes unresponsive (no scrolling or clicking permitted). There is zero ‘server unresponsiveness’. Refreshing the WPVivid Admin Page fixes the issue (only until the next backup.part download is initiated – then it’s rinse and repeat).
The result is a very slow workflow of manually refreshing the page and re-navigating to each individual backup.part in between ‘Downloads 2–11‘.
Has this been observed by others?
Is this documented?
Is there a means by which I might resolve this issue?
