Duplicate UPCs on Variations

I’m having a problem with product Variations’ UPC numbers, a few of my variations need to use the same UPC. I was assuming that the problem was they couldn’t be identical (although I was able to get a few to save earlier) but now none of them are saving whether they are unique or not. Any help on these two problems would be appreciated.

Hello, WooCommerce added the field GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN (you can find it in the Inventory product tab), but I do not find the way to add it to the feed. The field name should be _global_unique_id. Is it possible to add it to the feed? If yes, can you explain me how? If not, can you make it possible? Thank you.

Hi! How do I get UPC’s to be pulled over to Google Merchant Center? Currently I am inputting UPC on WooCommerce>Product Data>Inventory>GTIN,?UPC,?EAN, or?ISBN. That data does not go with the feed, shows up in the Google Merchant Center with the “I don’t have a GTIN, UPC, EAN, JAN or ISBN” box checked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ean codes only appear on certain products.

Hi,

I will apologise in advance for my naivety. I have just installed CTX after a poor experience with product feed elite. I have set everything up and and uploaded my first feed. I have noticed that all my products which are classed as “simple” and have there EAN in the standard WooCommerce field have appeared fine with no requirement to enter them into the CTX EAN Field.

However all the variables have failed to pull the EAN numbers and only work if I enter them in the CTX EAN field and change the mapping to the CTX EAN number – this however stops the “simple” product EAN number coming through.

Is there a solution to this or am i doing something seriously wrong?

Retain leading zero on UPC codes?

Hi, We mapped the meta:_global_unique_id field to the Google Shopping GTIN field, but the plugin is removing all of the leading zero’s on the UPC’s, making them less than the mandatory 12 digits. How do we retain the leading zero’s?

EAN with varible product issue

Looked really promising to get all my product into google merchant center and get some Ads setup however I have the following issue.

The feed does not pull out the the variation GTIN, UPC, EAN or ISBN field therefore all of my products get blocked due to having no ean. It’s not possible to select this field during the mapping. I tried a global attribute to work around this, but it’s just not the way you setup woocommere product, so I’ll find another plugin for the feed.

Dissapointed.

The plugin itself is a solid choice if you have a smaller shop or simple products to sell. Usage is straightforward and easy to implement. We had to rebuild a shop site that was using a severely outdated version of UPC. Since the previous plugin version was a full generation behind, I definitely needed some help getting everything updated and up-to-speed. The premium support for this plugin is outstanding. While the plugin is fairly intuitive, there were aspects that I required more than the documentation (which was decent) to address. The support team was able to provide me with information that helped handle issues I encountered. Some of my questions were outside of their purview and in those instances they were still able to point me in the right direction by referring me to specific files and example scripts. I’m happy with the plugin and happy with the service. I greatly appreciate the support team and thank them wholeheartedly.
