I’m very sorry, but the banner (ADS) in the header of the site does not work. I used the recommended size of 732 × 90, cleared the cache, made the images smaller, but the banner does not appear, is there any way to fix this?

PHP version: 7.4.29
When I try to install a new theme, I get a pop up screen showing:
To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server
. It then asks for my FTP credentials.

In the wordpress folder, I have added the following line to wp-config.php:

Still, when I try to update a theme, WordPress is asking for FTP credentials.

I just wanted to update my wp site to the latest version of the theme.
But… if I do that, everything fails – the frontpage fx. will show all pages as menu items on the whole screen.
Any solution to this problem?
