Since I installed WordFense, I will receive alerts on Themes and Plugins updates nearly every day. Is it possible to setup so that all the themes and plugins will be updated automatically, just like WordPress itself?

W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\advanced-cache.php.

I can’t get any access to the dashboard as this message is all that comes up. Has anyone any ideas on how to get around this problem?

i made my own theme in witch i used the comments-popup.php file (inserted with ajax using fancybox) to write comments on posts and pages.

since the upgrade to 3.0.x my theme returns a 404 error if i try to load the comments-popup.php on a page, but works on every post.

after some hours of searching, i’m comming to the conclusion that the problem is within the wordpress chain, wich in some point retunrs a 404 instead of the processed content of the popup file,

i’m having the same error using the default theme (inserting comments_popup_script and comments_popup_link funtions)

Installation Failed

I did a var_dump of the $_post variablein get_post() function and it is able to find a post. But it still says on the page that no posts found. It doesn’t work with permalinks as I found in a post on these forums. You also need the preview=true.

I couldn’t find a bug submission page so I’m posting here.

I simply loved wordpress 2.5 interface and its working.My website is running on wordpress 2.1 and i would like to upgrade but i am not sure about what effect it may have when i will upgrade it.

As it is very major upgrade.Do i have to rebuild my theme for 2.5.Also There are many database changes as i have read from articles being published.

Also there is a big issue of plugins i have been using and upgradation of different plugins.

Please help me in this issue.Any resource regarding upgrade instructions will be appriciated.
