Please advise on how I solve my problem:
I am about to go to my bank to put in a fraud claim for payment of $10.00.
I have not been upgraded to VIP in spite of payment. I have posted the same wp-puzzle advertisement to upgrade and I see none of the new features I paid for.
Today is February 19, 2018. If I do not receive support withing three days (by February 21), I will submit a fraud claim and jettison wp-puzzle BASIC.
My email to support days ago was never answered . . .
I am feeling that this is a dead or nearly dead site and if it’s taking my money without delivering the software, it’s incompetent and/or a scam.

]]>When a level 0 user is logged in, they are shown a purchase button for an upgrade to level 1. This button takes them to JVZoo, then to paypal to complete payment.
After payment, the user is brought back to the website, but they are still listed as a subscriber. They receive an email giving them instructions to register a new account.
Somehow, it appears the modify=1 POST variable is getting lost in the process. Does anybody have any idea how I can include that?
Here the log output from the test transaction

]]>Fatal error: Call to undefined function of_get_option() in /…/public_html/wp-content/themes/esteem-child/header.php on line 39
Makes sense that with such a huge change to go from options to customizer, that any code referencing options in a child theme would get borked.
So, for anyone that is using a child theme and has made changes to the header.php file in the child theme, or perhaps other files as well, beware. Don’t upgrade. If your child theme only changes css, you’ll probably be ok, but if you’re using any of the other php files, stop before upgrading. Could be bad.
]]>I go to add new plugin I select for example Theme Check and click install now I got this error (translated from spanish version)
Downloading install file from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/theme-check.20150818.1.zip…
Uncompressing…
Installing plugin…
Package cant be decompressed. No plugins found.
Plugin install failed.
Or if I want to update the wordpress version I get the following error (I translated it from spanish):
Descompressing update…
The files cant be copied. You have to free up some disk space.
Failed install
I have free space in the domain 300mb only used 90mb.
The weird thing that when I try to update the wordpress a temp folder is created at wp-content/upgrades but all the files in it are 0 bytes.
Is there a ownership chmod issue? I dont know what else to do.
Thank you
]]>Have contacted Yahoo Webhosting. They have us using SQL Version 5.1.5 and am wondering if they’ll upgrade to 5.5. Otherwise, will try a database repair & see if that helps.
Any other suggestions?
]]>Hopefully someone knows what is going on. I went to upgrade my version of WordPress to 4.3 today. The way I have to upgrade WordPress and Plugins is to enter the FTP information each time. My install started like normal, but got hung up on Copying Files.
Now the site will not work and I cannot access the site or the Dashboard.
I’ve tried:
Any ideas?
