“Downloadable image” not uploading in Dokan

The product image displays property but the Vendor is not able to upload the image under the “Downloadable Options”. The image does not display in the media folder.

I have been trying to fix it. Please help.

Dear Mr Jeff,

I have noticed only editors can upload image via add media, add media only allows below rank users to select from library.

Any other way i can get around this?

Hello,

I just uploaded wordpress to 4.9 and since then I have been getting errors on uploading new media. I don’t know if it is an HTTP error since it only says “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later”. I would like to know how could I keep uploading media as always.

Cant upload images to my WordPress site

I was having trouble uploading images to my WordPress website, and this morning I checked a few other sites and it is the same thing happening there. A bit of a disaster as I need good quality images on the site.

Anything above 300KB is giving me the error that the upload timing of 30 seconds has timed out … smaller files sizes of around 150KB are fine.

This has only happened since the last updates to WordPress have kicked in, images were going up fine 4 months ago.

My host server says it will not allow me to change code re the upload time limit on the .php file as I am on a shared plan.

Is there any code that I can add, I did see something about imagick and that code can make this process less detailed which is taking up time.

Is there a workaround to get images on the server and add them to the site as urls …. or is there a way to physically add them from the desktop to the WordPress Image Library folder in the File Manager area of cPanel.

Just thought you might have some ideas on this.

Hello Guyz,

I have installed wordpress 2015 theme with latest version 4.3.1 .While I try to upload media, who is 6.0MB size and image dimension is 8322*6196px .It is successfully uploaded via admin panel.But it does not crunch images in different different dimensions.I checked chrome console it is showing error:-
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘replace’ of null.For small size images it is working fine.
ANY HELPS

Media library doesn't show the image

Hi, I have website under WordPress 4.2.3 with Mystile woocommerce theme. I run this e-commerce website about 4 months ago and everything was fine until last month, when I wanted to add another product to my media library. In library it shows the uploading complete but instead of showing the thumbnail of that image it shows broken file image (note: I don’t get any message for error). I tried different browsers, deactivate plugins and change the theme to one of the simplest one but it doesn’t work. By the way I’m not tech guy so any help please with simple language.

I have an external image that I am trying to send into my media library, from the hard drive of my Android tablet. It consistently goes into my .com site, but steadfastly refuses to go anywhere near my .org site. I have attempted to do this through OneDrive as well, with the same result. Is there something else I need to be doing? (I do not have access to a PC, and must work from my tablet.)

Hi.
All of a sudden Im getting “HTTP error” after an image seemingly finishes uploading to my library. It’s a .jpg thats 6.1mb. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!
